It was literally like the movie stomp the yard. The floors constantly creak. Not an ideal space for classes in which I attended. More of a party space vs a learning event environment. You could visibly see the insulation in the ceiling. The bathrooms were clean but had the cheapest of toilet paper with butterflies on it. Overall this is a party venue not a total event space.

The space was well air conditioned inside and I felt comfortable during my whole visit. According to an article on Cleveland.com website, "The 10,000 square-foot building has a long history; it was originally a furniture showroom in the early 1900s, and it later became a banquet space and cultural center for Gordon Square's Vietnamese community. Holland and fellow business partners Kyle Lawrence, John Lawrence and K.C. Stitak led the vision for Gordon Green, and worked to maintain historic aspects of the property like its original hardwood floors and tin ceilings, according to a press release." We unfortunately had to cancel our event and requested a few butterfly house passes to use another day since we were out the $600. They said it was not possible. An hour and a half to set up might have been more ideal but that's okay, we had a lot of people helping. We were able to bring in our own food which was nice. They do no allow alcohol, fyi. Otherwise, I would have done mimosas or "mom-osas" for myself. ;) We also brought in our own linens. The room rental for 4 hours was $200 and that also allowed guests to check out the butterfly house that same day. There were not butterflies since it was January but we did see the parrot and a lot of cool plants. I would highly recommend this space to others. We had around 55 people at the shower and I would say you wouldn't want to have more than 60 guests to fit the space comfortably.

I got the combination dinner with pork schnitzel, a bratwurst, German potato salad, and sauerkraut. My fiance got the same thing except what was referred to as a "German hotdog" instead of the brat. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Many desserts were available in another building but were too delicious to pause and take a picture. There was also a beer truck with several imported German beers on tap at a reasonable price. All in all we had a great time here and will definitely be on the lookout for other events to attend here. I had been told they do an Oktoberfest every fall, that we will be sure not to miss.

I wanted to visit this venue for the longest time. I finally stopped in for the Cleveland Vintage Market hosted by the Cleveland Vibes. Ambiance: The space is huge - over 11,000 square feet of open space. There are remnants of Tenk Machine & Tool outside - a little mural. There is one ballrooms and separate rooms to the back of the event space. The vibes are industrial sophistication - gorgeous exposed brick walls, wood details, and abundant natural lighting. I can absolutely envision a wedding here with juxtaposition of delicate and rough. I love exposed brick walls, so for me the venue was just perfect. It was also just right for the Cleveland Vintage Market. It fit in plenty of vendors and attendees with still sufficient room to roam. Marigold Catering: There were sandwiches and cinnamon rolls for sale during the event offered by Marigold. I did not try either. I really enjoyed Marigold catered food at other events I've historically attended at other venues around the city. Service: I interacted with the security staff at this venue. They were so friendly and great at directing the foot traffic. Parking: Parking is available at a surface lot next door owned by Marigold. If you're up for a show walk, Nautica Pavilion is also a good parking choice. Ubering to this destination is pretty easy, GPS shows an accurate location. I look forward to visiting Tenk West Bank again! I hope that the venue hosts other events soon so that I can come back!

The patio/outdoor garden space was covered with a cute copula and underneath were very nice chandeliers. Everything was clean and the service provided by the venue was exactly what you'd want. The only downside (the venue was indeed lovely), was it's right by the road and near the airport and train tracks. In Olmsted Falls, that's all sort of the thing you should be expecting, but it could get loud at times.

The lodge is a medium sized venue that fits just under 100 people. There is an outside grassy area that is slightly hilly but can be perfect for stepping out for a summer event or a summer wedding. It isn't a fancy place but it does the job well. I believe the venue provided the food and the wedding party brought their own music and entertainment. The food was a nice dinner of a starter course (salad, I think), a main dish (meats), and a dessert (I forgot what was served for dessert). Drinks were provided to from non-alcoholic to alcoholic.
