My tree was dropping branches and had resin leaking down the trunk, turns out it had pests and the bark was also peeling off. I live on a corner lot with lots of foot traffic and cars driving by, my concern was what is one of these branches fall and hit a pedestrian walking by or a car driving by, I would be liable for any injuries. They also have an arborist, who is the son, he wrote up a report so that I could get a permit from the city to remove it. After I got the permit, the tree was removed the next day, they came on time, did an excellent job, were very careful and cleaned up beautifully!
