I got an uber and got dropped back off at 4pm. They said they were not able to get to my car because they were back up. My appointment was at 7am, were they working on cars from the day before. Also I have the dodge app where I can see every movement of my car. They parked it, dropped me off at home, took care of other people's cars, and told me they would keep it until monday. No consideration that i have to get to work. I said okay can I get a rental? I got two different warranties that covers that. They said unfortunately no. The service manager refused to show her face and sent someone else to do her dirty work. So anyway, make a long story short, I took my car home and made an appointment with Dodge of Washington. The scanned my car and fixed it all in the same day. Great service great communication. So yes, I live in Greenville and will drive a whole city over to not experience the poor service of East Carolina Dodge.

That is where the good stops with this dealership. The salesman told me they owed me nitrogen in the tires and wheel locks. I advised him I did not want wheel locks, and he said that he would not add them. I did not realize until I got home, they had charged over $300 for nitrogen and wheel locks on my paperwork. I don't believe they did the nitrogen either because they did not put the green valve caps on my truck. I have texted and called multiple times to speak with the sales manager, Micah, with no resolution after 5 months. I would not recommend buying from this dealership if you want someone to treat you right after the sale.

Lounge is pretty nice, amenities and prices aren't too bad. I have to ding stars for a recent interaction. In short, they believe in coincidence more than I'm able to. After a routine service, I started seeing smoke. I had an appointment coming up and I asked them to look at it which they did. It was a gasket malfunction of some kind and of course, was going to be expensive. I mentioned that it didn't seem right that I had only started having the issue after my last service. I asked if there was any possibility of error on their end. They were a firm no. The service manager offered to give a discount on service (which already existed in their website); it remained a firm, albeit polite, no all the way to the GM. Never rude; not flexible in that way either. I expressed the concern and asked if they could consider helping. I mentioned that a few hundred dollars here in this seemingly-to-me gray area would result in thousands of dollars in continued business. They politely declined. They fixed it. But, they lost regular business in the meantime. I might go back for a bigger repair, but the normal maintenance, I'll take elsewhere.

On my quick first visit, I met one of the sales staff and mentioned what I wanted to see, and that model was conveniently inside the showroom. We took a look and I got his business card. When I was ready to consider making a purchase I texted this member of the sales staff to let him know I was coming. When I arrived, that member of the sales staff was busy with another customer, and after a short wait, another member of the sales staff was directed to assist me. I explained that I wanted to test drive the model that was in the showroom, thinking that they would let me drive from another car that was in stock. They moved the car out of the showroom for me to test drive! After doing the test drive of that model plus one other that I wanted to try, I made my selection for purchase. I was very pleased that there were none of these "let me talk to the manager" long pauses that I have experienced at other dealers when buying cars in the past. I got one presentation which took into consideration a couple of discounts. Long story short, I left the dealership driving my new Buick. Good, professional car dealer experience.

The car I wanted to see was parked right outside. He then called somebody else to show the car to me. After waiting for about 10 min, Dwayne then told me that the car is giving him some technical issues but he could show me other cars. I declined. He then said that I can look at new cars. I just said that I was done and left. Very disrespectful. I would never buy a car from there.

The car seems good and some representatives (like Sebastion) are very good at what they do and are professionals in their work. The sales rep i got (Carter) made a bunch of promises and its been nothing but a headache with him since i gave him the check. I felt like i had to be very pushy to get the basic things he said was "no problem" before he got the check. I was a simple sale- i brought my daughter around to test drive- she picked and we bought (preapproved with bank). Then the second finance was done it has been a mess to get anything right. He (carter) doesn't respond to texts for days, then when he does respond he calls me a Ma'am, like we didnt talk a week and half ago. Sebastion had already taken care of my needs (since carter didn't respond). And if you try getting anyone on the phone there just be prepared to get transferred to voicemail. Worst service ever. I will not be purchasing here again. If i could revert the purchase i would and go elsewhere but that is not possible.
