Buyers Beware. Do not go here! This is the first time that I have financed a car. I was approved…read morefor a GMC '15 Terrain. The car was delivered to me with the tpi sensor light on. The salesman Erick Hernandez promised via text that if the sensor did not go off after 100 miles that I can bring it in to be fixed under the maintenance agreement. Moreover, there was another issue with the brakes grinding. The first time I brought the vehicle in Erick said that I should make an appointment after the initial 30 days for the maintenance plan to kick in. He also said that the brakes need just a little oil. I drive off the lot and the brakes are still making a grinding noise. Once the appointment arrives, I drive the car in because now there is another issue with the car's tailgate closing and it has actually hit my child in the head. I arrive at 8am and wait until 12 to be told that all of the sensors need to be replaced and that it would cost me out of pocket $800 to get fixed. I ask to speak to Erick, only to be made aware that there is no warranty on the vehicle and it was sold as is. I ask for the finance manager David and he tells me in so many words he has done me a favor by selling me a vehicle that has issues. I asked to Cancel my maintenance plan, which Erick expressed that I could cancel at anytime, because at this point I no longer want to do business with this dealership and I am left waiting in the waiting room. I finally left after 45 minutes. These are the most corrupt salesmen that I have ever come across. I hope no ever does this to their mothers, wives, or daughters. I am a mother with three children, two of which are disabled and one of which is 9 months old and these men have no problem with making false promises, lying, ignoring, and offering no solutions to the issues that came off of their lot.
