Then took my box truck to them and spent close to 20K on service. Went back for my 50k service and spent over 1,000.00 and my vehicle was there for 2 days. You'd think at a bare minimum they would run the car through their detail shop as a courtesy. Nope, absolutely nothing... My Volvo dealer in New Bern ALWAYS details my car, and leaves a little thank you for choosing us. This is called customer appreciation, customer retention, and now I understand why they are unable to keep their staff. The car business is difficult, and it is important that you put some effort into customer service and retention. We work real hard for our money, and when they treat you as if who cares, then it's time to find a different dealership. Unfortunately they are extremely large, having dealerships in Raleigh, goldsboro and many other places, but they forgot what customer service is about. I've been in sales most of my life, and I'd NEVER treat customers the way they do. You give a little extra, and you'll retain a good customer for life. Make a customer feel unappreciated, and you've lost them as well as other sales, because they will ALWAYS speak about your poor service and attitude.

Lowriders in Goldsboro where this gentleman is the owner should be your last place to have about work done on your vehicle. This gentleman came to my home to check out my van and after 5 seconds told my wife he knew exactly what the issue was. (Lie number one). Took my van to his shop and called that afternoon saying it was ready and had be repaired. I get there and my van is already running which was strange to not allow me to start it myself but I trust his word that it was fixed. I get home, turn it off, attempt to start it and it is doing the exact same thing as before it was worked on. Mind you I had already paid $125 for the tow and $450 for the service. I immediately call the shop at and inform this gentleman that my van was still doing the exact same thing he claimed he repaired. He comes to my home the next day and I watch him on my home security cam and see him have to jump my van to get it back to his shop. He calls my wife a tells her at my home he got it to start right up. (Lie number two). He then says it's a wire that was burned out going to the starter which the starter was brand new. An hour later he says it's the clip for the wire the goes to the starter. Thirty minutes later he says it's the starter itself. I take the starter to the parts store and get another one. He calls today saying it's fixed. I go to get it and he says I owe him another $150. At this point I'm beyond hot. I ask what did the $450 he was already paid fix? He can't answer the question, just keeps saying it's fixed now. I wouldn't let the gentleman fix a tire on a Tonka truck. Please don't lose money with this fake mechanic. I'm not the only person who has be ripped off by him from what I was told by a reliable source today. And if you really know me, you know this is not something I do, but I would feel horrible if someone else was ripped off like I was.

From the moment I received a call from Daniel I was intrigued. He assisted with the claim, the pick up of my car, and the drop off of my rental. He ensured that any question I had or anything I needed or may have needed was answered and handled. He followed up to check and make sure I was ok and if I needed anything else. Justin was also a big help explaining things I didn't know and making sure my car would be his first priority. Beverly dropped off my rental and made it easy and as painless as possible, even though she drove almost an hour away. I was hit from behind and my back end was smashed pretty good long story short I got my car back and it was terrible ..... the trunk is not leveled after taking it to another shop who seen right away that the trunk wasn't flushed the trunk side pieces are lose and the inside was just jacked up the people foot prints are still inside the trunk they broke my floor piece that covers the spare tire and to top it all off I got 2 tickets because none of my lights worked and he tried to tell me it was electrical and it was not it cost me $67.00 just for the back lights and to have them installed !! so NO !! I would never use them again especially if I was in and accident nor will I recommend anybody to go to that shop personally I would definitely stay within the insurance network for your own protection !!
