I shared my most intimate and vulnerable experiences with him and I never received one word of acknowledgement that I even spoke let alone bared all. He instead responded with lectures on how medicine is absorbed by the body and other dry and unrelated information. He shows no empathy and he talked down to me, especially when I showed signs of dysfunction. Reminder- this is a mental health professional. A doctor who works with fragile people who are struggling. He makes snap judgements rather than trying to understand. He will ignore your pain and cut you off at your worst time in life if you deviate from social norm. What's even more concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Other family members and callers have reported being placed on hold for extended periods (15+ minutes) and then having their calls abruptly disconnected without explanation. If a patient is unavailable or there are communication restrictions, that should be clearly communicated. Repeatedly placing callers on hold and disconnecting calls creates unnecessary stress for families trying to check on their loved ones. For a facility that provides mental health care, a higher level of professionalism, communication, and empathy should be expected. unfortunately, my experience has not reflected that standard.

This is an otherwise quiet, owner-occupied block, and the repeated issues tied to this property raise concerns about sanitation, safety, and overall property management. In 30+ visits, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. They are always quick and nice, taking care of whatever my issue is, and if I've asked for bloodwork or something, they always do it for me. With the track record that I've seen at this place, literally nothing in 10 years that I can complain about, I can only assume that if someone else has nothing but complaints, they are the issue, not this doctors office. I've tried to get everyone I know to come here. No one has, since no one listens to me, but they are the ones missing out. (As I hear them make every complaint about their doctors office) LOL
