I had carpets that were actually black with tracked in grease, oil and dirt. Mark (the owner) made no promises as to what he could do or what I was to expect for a final result. I had planned to remove the carpet and put wood flooring in its place but I figured I'd try to clean it as it is pretty expensive carpet. I wish I would have taken pictures as words can not explain the results without sounding like an add for Mark. My carpet looks almost new. Called Medora Cleaning service yesterday and left a message. Within ten minutes received a call back from Mark, the owner. Made an appointment for 10:00 am today to have my carpets cleaned in the Den, Master bedroom and master closet. Mark was here right on time and did not waste anytime getting to work. He was done will all rooms in 1.5 hours and the carpets look like new. He is professional, friendly, and proficient! Will have him back when the carpets need it again. The carpet had a couple of stains that came with the house, and we had been trying to remove with our own with our carpet cleaner, with no results. Mark was able to not only remove the stains but he restored the carpet to like new condition. The couches were over twenty years old, now look pristine.
