Review from 2019: I unfortunately never actually got to meet Todd or visit his business but i will rate him 5 stars for his unbelievable outstanding customer assistance. I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. When google searching for answers, I stumbled upon a forum in which Todd wrote to another desperate customer in a similar circumstance. Todd was kind enough to provide his number on that forum and asked the guy to reach out to him to see how he could help. Todd was more than happy to assist me as well despite living miles away! No squeaking floor as long as my tiles are in good shape. Quoc came over with sample wood that color I asked for, then he walked all the tile areas and looked for any cracks and make sure tiles are sit even and luckily my tile floor is still in good condition. I am now having to go to the Contractors board and small claims court to solve this situation I paid $14,658 dollars by the way the charged me $2500 to level my 1000 square foot condo and the tiles are terrible they did not use leveling spacers. Also put grout and mortar in my shower drain which I had to pay to get snaked. The camera shows rigid dry concrete which by the way I just purchased the condo two weeks prior and have a full reporting of the drain working perfect prior to the tear out demo and installation all performed by Beno's. They threw all the trash in my condo dumpster even after paying for demo and dumping. I allowed them out to try and fix it and the contractor removed about 10 tiles and cracked and damaged the ones he put back in. Left it worst... In addition when I allowed them out for the drain all he did was blame my husband and I which we did absolutely no work with mortar or grout. please take the time to look at the pictures and video the shower was terrible look at the finish work I had the tile trim there and the contractor did not use it I had to pay another company to fix the ceiling and the drywall. Ron was obviously experienced and no-pressure when he came out to see our home for a quote, and Keisha couldn't have been more efficient or nicer when scheduling and answering questions.
