Hewan knew her way around all the wires and electrodes and applied them in a confident and professional manner. Had to wait 5 hours past appointment time to see Dr. Goudarzi for 7 minutes. Marched through office breathing test and was rescheduled to see Dr. in 3 weeks for follow up. Another ordeal in a waiting room parade of nightmares. Saw Dr, for another 7 minutes. I really felt I was getting the bums rush. Was scheduled for sleep study and another procedure. Cut to the chase Must really say that all who administered tests and sleep study were competent though not friendly. I have no quarrel with diagnosis. Though I felt I was pushed in the direction with scant verbal explanation. I could have dealt with all this crap and did and had no intent to out these people until the final straw with their scheduling secretary Mira. She has been in a bad mood for the past 8 months I have been dealing with this business. Do not know but she has screwed with me every way you can. When I call to schedule an appointment it is always 5 weeks later and in the afternoon. Hey no problem. I need paperwork, always late and sometimes incomplete. What ever. I misplaced an order and need another recommendation from Dr.Gourdarzi.I could swing by and pick up any time. I call in about it on Tuesday. She calls back Wednesday to tell me she has a record in my file but the Doctor could not sign it until next Tuesday. Are you kidding me? This Mira is always nasty and rude. Can not understand why the Dr. keeps her but he does and i I hold him accountable for that. Bottom line. Avoid this boiler plate testing machine factory. It is blatantly coarse and unfriendly. NIKKI IS AMAZING!!!…read more We started sleep shaping with our daughter with Nikki's guidance and coaching. Nikki walked us through detailed timelines and things we need to do in order to help our daughter to get better sleep at night. Nikki is VERY detail oriented, and when our daughter turned 6 months, Nikki helped us sleep train her to sleep in her OWN CRIB! And in turn, baby is sleeping better, well rested. And my husband and I are also SLEEPING MORE, since baby has learned to sleep by herself and sleep through the night. I honestly don't know what we would do without Nikki's coaching through our sleep journey with our daughter. One thing i love about Nikki is that she is VERY open to WORKING with the family's schedule, and she was HONEST, and made it clear that sleep coaching and training is not THE SAME for everyone as every baby is different. Nikki educated us, worked with our schedule, listened to what we were open to doing and listened to what we DID NOT want to do (i.e - the cry it out method/extinction method of sleep training.). When I had my baby during the summer of 2020 at the height of the pandemic with a toddler at home, I knew we would need extra support. We were focused on lactation support and light household support such as help with the kitchen, laundry and light meal prep.  Nikki and I got along right away, and not only did she provide the hands-on help we needed, but she also played a big role in helping with my postpartum anxiety with her gentle encouragement and lactation expertise. She was very transparent about her activities and safety precautions during the pandemic so I was ensured that she was safe to have over in the house, and she always wore a mask. She gave me all kinds of insight to helpful sleep tips for both the baby and toddler (she's also a professional sleep consultant/specialist!), feeding tips for both baby and toddler, and pumping and nursing tips for me. I trusted her completely with my baby and in the house, and she was excellent at time management. I would give her a list of things to do for the day, and she'd get through them all, while doing additional things around the house too that I didn't even realize needed to get done. Nikki's also a professional organizer, and she tackled piles of messes that have been sitting around for months!! She even single-handedly helped to change the layout of our guest room to make a telework space for me while also watching the baby. She also helped get both the nursery and my toddler's room organized and in shape which was causing me a lot of stress. Any parent knows how much work it is keeping on top of transitioning the kids clothes, shoes and toys as they grow, and she came up with storage solutions and systems that made the transitions easy. When Nikki traveled during the holidays, she connected me with another doula to cover for the couple of weeks she was gone, who I really liked too. Overall, Nikki was fabulous and her company and friendship was amazing during those foggy first couple of months. The postpartum journey is a sacred time and I appreciated Nikki being there for me and her flexibility along the way to what my family needed. I looked forward to Nikki's visits so much. I highly recommend reaching out to Nikki for any support you may need whether you're a new parent or have a couple of kiddos already. I plan on keeping in touch with her for sure!

I went right in and they guided me through the whole check in process.The lady at the front desk was very kind. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. I live in Fredericksburg, so it's close to an hour drive to get to Woodbridge. Dr. Ipakchi made the drive well worth my time being that he was very thorough about what was going on, what was to come,treatments,etc. All the while explaining things in a way that any average adult would be able to comprehend without a medical degree. For a while,I got distracted with everyday life and put my appointments aside. Their office had made an effort to contact me to see how I was doing and that alone just made them stand out above many other doctors/offices. Clearly, they cares about the well being of their patients. August 6, 2024, Dr. Ramin Ipakchi performed surgery Tracheostomy tube in my neck (for throat…read morecancer). I saw him regularly for one year, each time I was never comfortable with his negative demeanor. I would wait in the exam room every time for 45 minutes to1 hour. The summer of 2025 lost the trach tube (size 8) and went to the ER hoping to get another tube inserted. Dr. Ipakchi arrived at the ER and with 2 hands forced another tube into my neck, causing pain and tears rolling down the side of my face. Eventually I asked him when the trach would be removed. His answer was he didn't know or maybe for it's there for life. I didn't like his answer. From that point I found another ENT doctor who took good care of me. The trach was removed April 1, 2025. I would never recommend Dr. Ipakchi to anyone needing an ENT.

I was seen by Dr. Nick, whom I had not encountered at this location before. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect.
