Darren is not only very professional, but he took the time to answer all of our questions, and promptly followed back up with a quote and answers to a few questions we had. This young man is genuinely a hard worker, very reliable, and quite impressive as a first time business owner. We have been working with Darren for about 2 months now and his communication is very well appreciated and his work ethic is exactly what we were looking for. Because of his reliability, the quality of his workmanship, and his willingness/ flexibility to work with our sometimes changing schedule + calendar is exactly why we chose to give him our business. However, after a few months both trees they planted in our front yard were completely dead. I asked for a second opinion from a different landscaper. He informed me they overcharged us several hundred for the palm and both trees were incorrectly planted, accelerating the loss. We reached out to TRIMEN hoping to get a refund for the trees only. They said no, it was likely our fault, and they would replace them at a minimally discounted rate. Be careful with these guys, we didn't do enough research to see they up charge about 20%. We had a local come in and fix their mistakes. Just be careful don't pay for the same job twice by using Trimen.
