After getting home and doing my own research I realized this procedure was far more invasive and risky than I was told at the spa. When I called to cancel the procedure and ask for a refund, I was told they will not refund my $3,000 even though they had done NOTHING. The staff were all so kind and helpful. While I was waiting for my appointment, one of the women showed me these awesome products they carry that are not only makeup, but sunscreen as well. Essentially, I could go to the beach with a full face of makeup and not smell like traditional sunscreen or look greasy. I love that. The walls of this place are decorated with gorgeous art and in some of the rooms you can see the original brick walls of the building showing. The Diamond Glow treatment itself was not painful at all, but gave me the result of cleaned out pores. The suction takes out all the gook and replaces it with the serum of your skin professional's choosing (my serum was a hydrating one). The entire treatment was short enough to fall in my lunch hour, and was non abrasive enough for me to walk out and show the world my cleaned face. This is truly a luxury experience. Anything you want, coffee, tea, water, a more youthful complexion, can all be given to you here. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

The provider did not close the wide open door to the waiting room while administering the Botox ( and other clients came in) . I was sitting on the exam table which was in the chair position and the provider was standing at my right shoulder, having me turn my head to look over my shoulder. There has never been one time anyone giving Botox did not administer the treatment straight on. I'm looking for another establishment now to correct the results from this visit. The waiting room was cute though. The provider was nice.
