I would not recommend using this salon at all. I had a set of lashes done and they are the worst…read moreset I've ever had. When she was doing them, she said they were new lashes and she'd didn't know if we'd be able to use them because they are so soft. She got them to work tho and went ahead. When she got done I thought they looked okay so I paid and left. When I got out into the light I knew right away I wasn't happy with them. They were so subtle they were almost nonexistent. I spoke with my lash tech in the city I use to live in, and she said it appears that they used the lashes you'd use to make fans with for a volume set, as classic lashes. Which doesn't work. So the next day I spoke with them and they told me to come back in and they would look at them. I asked if they were just looking or replacing because I would need to hire a sitter if it was going to take long, and they assured me they would fix them. So I go in today and they refuse to fix them, saying it would ruin the integrity of my lashes. So I asked for a refund and they said absolutely not. My only option was to come back in two weeks to get a new set. That wouldn't help me tho, because I was specifically getting them for a vacation next week. I'm not sure what the difference in a refund and a free set is, but regardless, there was nothing they were willing to do. They were definitely not cheap, so save your money and go anywhere else.

The staff were all so kind and helpful. While I was waiting for my appointment, one of the women showed me these awesome products they carry that are not only makeup, but sunscreen as well. Essentially, I could go to the beach with a full face of makeup and not smell like traditional sunscreen or look greasy. I love that. The walls of this place are decorated with gorgeous art and in some of the rooms you can see the original brick walls of the building showing. The Diamond Glow treatment itself was not painful at all, but gave me the result of cleaned out pores. The suction takes out all the gook and replaces it with the serum of your skin professional's choosing (my serum was a hydrating one). The entire treatment was short enough to fall in my lunch hour, and was non abrasive enough for me to walk out and show the world my cleaned face. This is truly a luxury experience. Anything you want, coffee, tea, water, a more youthful complexion, can all be given to you here. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

The provider did not close the wide open door to the waiting room while administering the Botox ( and other clients came in) . I was sitting on the exam table which was in the chair position and the provider was standing at my right shoulder, having me turn my head to look over my shoulder. There has never been one time anyone giving Botox did not administer the treatment straight on. I'm looking for another establishment now to correct the results from this visit. The waiting room was cute though. The provider was nice.
