Melissa is phenomenal!…read more I just got my hair cut for the first time in 2.5 years during which it fell out due to chemo and grew back. I realized it had gotten to the point where it was just had no style and based on the glowing recommendations of many of my friends I made an appointment with Melissa. Being the holidays I expected to wait until the new year but she was able to fit me in this week. Having moved right before losing my hair this was also the first time going to a new stylist in a long, long time, but I wasn't nervous at all. I explained what I was thinking (the photos I thought I'd downloaded weren't on my phone) and after showing me some photos Melissa explained what she'd be doing. I especially loved her honesty and straightforwardness, letting me know which hairstyles in the photos were not done well, and letting me know that based on some different lengths in my hair the style would be a little transitional. The cut came out wonderfully, and I couldn't be happier. I look current but not like I'm trying to be in my 30's. My hair looks even thicker and healthier, and this morning it took 5 min with a curling iron to pump up the volume after sleeping on it. If you're new to the area or have lived her for a while and need a change, call Melissa. You won't be disappointed. She is phenomenal!

So I made my first appointment and ended up having to cancel it at the last minute. I rescheduled and then had to change that appointment. I reached out to her the night before the scheduled appointment to change it to earlier in the day. She was extremely polite about making the changes. That was my first sign that she must be really good at what she does. I showed up to my appointment on time and she took me right in. We discussed what I was hoping for with my hair. She went to work right away and mixed the colors perfectly. I am extremely happy with the color match. I am very excited to find someone in the small community that I can put my faith in.

Just left and the nail service was okay however when I asked if I could put the tip and get cash…read moreback I was told okay. I then asked if he could give it back in 5s as I wanted to take out more money. He said okay. When I completed the transaction he refused to give me the cash and kept stating he would give it to them. I repeated that I wanted the cash in 5s and he refused. Meanwhile throughout the service I saw others giving the cash directly to the service tech. I have no idea why I was treated differently and they ended up taking more cash than I wanted.

The front desk person could probably be a little more welcoming but hey I'm just an overly welcoming person. Andrew did my pedicure and he was fantastic I had the candle option and it was great. I wanted French tips and no pink on my toes Andrew understood the assignment. Andrew was kind and my toes look great. My cousin also choose the candle option and she wanted French tip and no pink on her toes..... the woman who did her toes put pink and I noticed immediately before she had even finished paining her toe and the lady was like no that's your skin my cousin responded kindly my skin is not pink please remove the pink the lady was like it's not pink and I said it is and she got very irritated. We told her before she even finished two toes. The lady gets up comes back with the file to take the pink off and didn't say anything to my cousin after and you could tell by her body language she was irritated and frustrated. Anyways when she used the paint clear that Andrew did you could see the entire difference. Anyways, besides that the pedicures were good. I had my eyebrows done and the sweet woman who did them was so nice and very gentle. I will go back Feedback for management, when people walk in smile say hello how are you today, when someone doesn't like a color don't argue with the customer and tell them it's there skin color when it's not. Andrew deserves an award for his skills and kindness!

This nail salon is a hidden gem! They abide by appointment times and ask if you like your nails…read moreseveral times before you leave. They want to make you happy! They even offered a picture at the end.. so nice! Michael is the best. If you plan on a design, you can send it in prior to see if they can do it and tell you appropriate time. I told them chrome and they adjusted my time and did a great job. Best part: Hot towel at the end!
