Some blinds even have high insulating value, since winters in this area can be cold and snowy. Gail ordered all the right products, and when they arrived, her staff then installed the blinds. Follow-up was excellent too: some latches were not holding blinds in place (manufacturer problem, not the retailer's fault), and she had this addressed promptly, at no charge to us.
