It's easy to spend a lot of time in here, despite the siren song of a beautiful Muskoka day! After multiple issues, I went back and bought a second pair from them. The staff assured me these bindings would be sturdy and reliable. Unfortunately, the very first time I used the second pair, they snapped and broke. When I brought them back, I was told I would need to pay for replacement parts, and they even claimed that "this happens all the time." I'm truly disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.
