Because of the lack of accountability, I feel it's necessary to share my experience publicly in hopes it reaches the right people. On Friday, March 13 at 5:30 PM, I was waiting in line to get gas during a busy afternoon. While I was patiently waiting, a driver in a company vehicle (identified as "Elizabeth" or "Liz") began aggressively honking at me, demanding that I move to another pump even though another car was already backing into that spot. At first, I assumed the honking wasn't directed at me. However, when I got out to begin pumping gas, she started yelling from inside the company vehicle, calling me names and saying, "I'm not scared of you, bitch I'm going to beat you up." This behavior was especially concerning given that there was a passenger and an elderly individual in the vehicle at the time. I approached the vehicle calmly to ask for her name so I could report the incident. I explained that her behavior was inappropriate, especially while representing her company. Her response? "Okay, so." I immediately contacted the company to report the situation. Despite multiple calls and promises that I would be connected with upper management, nothing has been done. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone responsible for transporting others potentially vulnerable individuals. I strongly urge others to be cautious and reconsider trusting this company with the care of their loved ones. If anyone from the company sees this, I am still waiting for a proper response.

Then the driver never showed up. Also, they don't send confirmation texts giving you the car's description and plate number. Very unreliable and I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.

Then we had to change our start date because of street service and Armstrong accommodated us. My mom didn't quite need to be on a stretcher but she couldn't stand without assistance. Other companies refused to help her and said we would have to get a stretcher, except because of the narrow hallways it wouldn't work. Armstrong had no problem using a wheelchair and assist my mom to stand up. They were very professional, accommodating, and reasonably priced. They stayed in communication with me all the time. Unfortunately we didn't get to use them long as my mother passed shortly after we started using Armstrong but I am grateful that they made it easy and affordable for us.
