Yes, they were unsure when I was sick after I was sick, questioning if I was; BUT STILL, they cared for me. I am (Almost) all better now, and Levine helped me with my recovery; now I am with NO known illnesses or further injuries (Yes, I am excluding things that were MY FAULT). My only complaint is that their food kind of sucks, it's bland and the texture is off, but overall, I would give Levine Children's Hospital a 4.95/5 out of five. The office rating is great! The Office front has an ID check to not let unwanted persons in or out, the people working there were really nice to patients, and they usually host events for fun rewards to make the hospital not boring, and they do events every month; and they make me feel included. I was given advice and told to the CVS on Carnegie since they're open for 24 hours. But as soon as I got in my car, I couldn't find a CVS on Carnegie only a Walgreens so I called them to see if they had my medication on file. The medication was not sent to the CVS or the Walgreens on Carnegie but to my CVS on file that closes at 8pm. I called the Walgreens even though I swore he said CVS on Carnegie. The Walgreens saw the mishap they told me to call and get it changed because my insurance had already billed it through CVS. They also said that the CVS shows that they close at 9 PM. I know for a fact they never close at 9pm even though it was 8:15, I drove there anyways as I'm in desperate need of this medication. They were indeed closed, and I can't change the location for pick up as the medication shows pending. I realize now that I should've checked one more time with the front desk at Novant at Cotswold to make sure of the medication pickup. I will have to wait now. The mistake cannot be fixed. This is gonna be a long 24 hours. I should've just gone to the emergency room.

We were seen by Dr. Judy until she retired a few years ago. She was the best Dr. And always very compassionate. All the other doctors. We have seen since then have been fantastic also. Very polite, friendly, efficient, and sympathetic. Everyone here from the receptionists to nurses is very friendly and efficient. The space overall may seem small from the outside but very roomy inside. They have a fish tank and the kids all love it! They have a well-child waiting area and then another waiting area for the kids who are sick. They do have parking on site. It can get packed during peak hours. Overall this is such a great Dr.'s practice and I highly recommend it to anybody who asks. Love to see this practice still thriving even after all these years!

My wife was diagnosed with Bursitis of the Sciatic Region of the Spine and the would only do it at the Orthopedic Hospital performed by a Radiologist. She was also required to have a driver to and from the procedure. It's pouring rain so I dropped her off under the Portco and parked the car in the Parking Deck. And walked back down. Was told I had to return to the car because I could not wait her in the waiting room. Precaution is one thing but common sense must enter the picture someplace.
