As a Skyhouse resident, this is a fantastic amenity as most of those in this residential demographic ignore regular primary care until a catalyst arises (such as a sore throat as was the case for me this morning). Dr. Daniel is extremely nice and attentive and the office is state of the art. And if they accept my insurance odds are high they accept yours! If you just moved here or if your last physician just wasn't your style as in my case, by all means give Reserve Health a visit! read more

Used to be a great primary care but has become trash. I called with an issue while on a trip and they told me to go to Urgent Care. when I called for a prescription refill in April they said I have to come in although I saw them in July. I will be switching primary care providers. read more

I've been an existing client with Reserve Health since 2022 and appreciate the services I've experienced regarding mental health therapy. However, I have not had a pleasant experience in terms of discussing medication to address my health issues. On January 11th, 2024, at 9:30 am, I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Zachariah Noltemeyer to discuss medication and my general health as a follow-up appointment, which I'd had with a different PA. Upon entry to my appointment, I encountered a few issues. I reported that I was experiencing problems with starting and completing tasks (lack of motivation) and problems with enjoying the activities I used to. The DNP asked me no questions to further understand what other challenges I could be experiencing alongside the two points I mentioned; he said that those issues were likely due to my "anxiety". I did not find this answer satisfactory, considering that I have been professionally diagnosed with multiple disorders, such as OCD, GAD, ADHD, etc., previously. My therapist, who works at the Reserve Health practice, also had access to this information due to receiving approval via a Consent for Release of Information Form between said therapist, myself, and the psychological service that had identified my issues before I had joined Reserve Health. In consideration of my ADHD, I brought up these issues to Dr. Noltemeyer to get my ADHD properly addressed. I currently take medication for my sleep, OCD, and anxiety, and have been on both medications for well over a year now. I was looking forward to getting my worsening ADHD symptoms treated as well, as it has severely affected my work, education, hobbies, relationships, etc. However, I was told that my ADHD was NOT on my record. This was NOT the case, considering that my therapist was well aware of that diagnosis and had documented it on my patient portal's Health Summary since 11/04/2022 (well before my appointment on January 11, 2024). Additionally, all other aforementioned diagnoses were also on record sometime in 2022 and in mid-2023. With this in mind, the DNP said that he would not be able to prescribe or really discuss medication concerning ADHD until that information confirming my diagnosis was received. Overall, my experience was very disconcerting and unpleasant, and I found that the DNP did not seem interested or genuinely concerned about treating my issues. No questions were asked to really inquire as to where I was at mentally except for the bare bones of whether I would like to keep my current medication as is, and I generally felt throughout the duration of the appointment that the DNP just wanted the appointment to be done as soon as possible. The appointment only lasted about 7 minutes due to this. I was not heard and left the appointment disappointed that I would not receive help from this particular practitioner for the difficulties I've experienced with my ADHD over the past decade. Overall, while my time at Reserve Health has been pleasantly spent regarding therapy, I'm reluctant to seek their assistance again when it comes to discussing treatment options for my mental and neurological disorders (or any primary care help in general). read more

STAY AWAY! I went to see Dr. Bondi who was great but he's so busy I can't get into see him. I saw Solomon several months ago but he messed up my medications. I tried for weeks to to call and get it corrected but no call back. This then effected today's visit with Kenya. She then wanted to give me different medicine based on what he did. He was rude, unprofessional and not compassionate at all. My husband is in the medical field and they didn't want him in the room for support or to speak on my behalf. Typical poorly Staffed DO practice with no compassion or patient interests in mind . Don't go see Solomon or Kenya! read more

Long story short: Do not be blinded by the good reviews this office has. Do yourself a favor and put your insurance money to good use by going to a reputable doctor's office that will answer all questions you have about health, understand and give you the proper treatment, and treat you like a valued patient. Read below for further explanation. I want to start by saying that I am not one to write reviews on businesses, unless there is a good reason to do so. I was a patient with Dr. Biondi for about a year and a half. On my initial visit, I notice things I was not pleased with, but I didn't have any major health concerns and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, over 1.5 years and multiple visits, I felt I had to write a review to keep others from landing in my situation. The reviews this doctor's office has are deceiving, and I suggest you seek other offices for your primary care physician for the following reasons. With my first visit, I spoke with the doctor about an ongoing hamstring issue I was having. He was very receptive and assured me he had some good references for physical therapists to treat my condition. I walked away feeling good about it, but then I never heard from the office with referrals. I messaged them over the patient portal multiple times with no response. I called the office. They said they would look into why I didn't get the referrals, but I never heard back. I gave up on them and stopped requesting referrals. After this, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. With all my visits, the interaction with the doctors or physicians assitants has been good, but the staff and nurses prior to seeing the doctor have been unprofessional. I have never been checked for vitals, etc. by someone who was not in scrubs before. I had to ask the doctor if the person who saw me was even a nurse. It felt like I had a receptionist playing the role of "nurse". With every visit, the actions of the staff had me questioning credentials and whether or not they were qualified to provide me proper health care. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was with my recent cold/sickness. I saw the doctor because I had flu-like symptoms. They released me without medications, but I was then recommended to contact the NC CDC in Raleigh. The CDC required that I go back to Reserve Health and undergo further testing. They stated all of these tests and charges would be covered by the state funding. I went back to Reserve Health and they made me wait 45 minutes while trying to figure out what tests were being requested. I told them multiple times, but they were unaware of how to test for those particular things. After refusing to test for anything other than what was directed, they finally made some calls and figured it out. The doctor also wanted to see me based on the requests from the CDC. Little did I know, Reserve Health was going to charge me another full-cost visit just to speak with the doctor. I found this out weeks later when I received the bill. I called the office and explained my situation and requested they remove those charges since I was directed by CDC to be there. Dr. Biondi refused to remove those charges. The entire experience was awful, and in the end, I paid for it twice. I told him he was going to lose me as a patient if he didn't refund me for the 2nd visit that the CDC required. He did not care and said he was unwilling to remove the charges. read more

This is what I love about Dr. Biondi: He surrounds himself w/excellent support staff who aren't just smart, they're really good at their jobs. He knows how to run a top-notch practice and goes above & beyond to meet the needs of his patients. He is very smart, looks at the bigger picture before formulating a plan of care, and is super responsive to his patients questions. He has an excellent bedside manner and does a lot to help our community, which I think speaks volumes about his character. I especially love his dedication to his family and how smart & driven he is - he actually went back to school a while ago to get ANOTHER advanced degree so he'd be able to run the best private practice possible. Who does that?!?! This guy. He's great and you won't be disappointed. read more

Upon transferring my career to the Charlotte area, I needed a new Primary Care Physician. I am DO GLAD I decided to schedule my first appointment with this team. Dr. Biondi is very patient, a great listener and he doesn't rush you or make you feel like you're a number. His ENTIRE staff is super friendly and they all make you feel comfortable and at home.
