He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. Next testing, did not fall for the "trained by" listings and hired an owner that found it all, because he spotted the things that were there all along. It would have been nice to know then instead of waiting.... Plus there is no savings in hiring a "trained by" because the charges are the same. Could use that wasted cash for the present cleanup.

I also asked him to give me some estimates of what should be done, the cost and anything that needed to be repaired, corrected, changed, etc. My experience with some previous inspection companies was that they would identify a problem and then just state that I should call a licensed professional for further information. That is why I was pleased that he was able to offer suggestions and propose solutions for the defects and possible improvements that could be done to the property.
