Depending on who I spoke with, I received a different answer. One worker said it could have one of many problems, but they didn't know what exactly was wrong with it and the other said it should start and run. Nothing was ever documented as being "serviced" and at one point they said they could "take the generator off my hands for no cost." I would not recommend this business to anyone. They seemed good up front (initially) but not at all on the back end.
