My son came here to play MTG for the first time in and the players were great! Helping him learn and teaching him... he lost all three Gabe's but he had a lot of fun! I'd honestly avoid buying through any of these stores on tcgplayer listed in these pictures if this is how they do business regarding a single dollar.

The size of the vendors' booths is terrible, so the moment a group of two enters the booth, you won't see a dang thing that you actually want to look at. The exit and entrance are also the same route, so most booths have a terrible bottleneck if you are walking into them. Third, the odor. They had TVs set up for people to play against one another and also play some single-player games. Some of the individuals crowding this area were the most foul-smelling to graze this earth. You would think the last time they showered was when it rained. I can't get mad at the business for this cause it's their clientele, but it did not help the terrible experience in any fashion.

Came back to pick up 4 row boxes because I didn't want to drive an extra half hour just to avoid them. Had no idea what 4 row boxes were, which I think is odd for a tcg store, and ended up having to ask the owner for help anyways. Was ceremoniously given a ESAD look before she went back to her game. None of the employees from 2023 are still there. All of the ones I've talked to today have cited quitting due to the fact that Dice is simply not paying them their paychecks. Go to Kapow. Literally opposite side of 400. Owner there knows I worked for Dice and still greets me by name every time I'm there. Still makes me feel like a human being and welcome in his store even though he knows I used to be with the competition.
