Trying this cleaner for the first time today. I walked out and realized I didn't get a receipt. Walked back in and asked for one. The woman replied that I don't need one. I will likely not be back even if they do a good job. I can't risk leaving my items without a receipt. I hope I get everything back in good condition. I should have taken the items back instead of leaving them there. Update: I received all my garments on time. They look fine. I'm a petite person, which means I need to get even the most basic of clothing tailored. Recently, I went to Mega Cleaners to get two pairs of jeans tailored for length. They just needed a bit of a hem and I, sadly, never learned that skill. The two ladies who run the shop are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The back of the store looks pretty organized, though the location could do with a bit of fixes. The dressing room area is a bit run down and could use a makeover. As far as the hemming, they did a great job on the two items I brought in. It cost $20.00 total, which I guess isn't too bad. (I have little to judge this on.) Parking is simple and it's located right off of Randall Road. Overall, I've had pretty good luck here so far and will be back. read more

Have been using this cleaner for a number of years. Previously used others in the area and experienced losing clothing and improper cleaning. Megan Cleaners is the BEST cleaners in the area. Never lost any articles, always take care and distinguish between dry cleaning and regular clean and press. Professional ownership with attention to details. Most important is ability to remove stains from clothes. Has removed grease from silk, blood, food all successfully. Attention to shirts missing buttons. Alterations are always correctly made. I have been using this cleaner for years. About a month ago I dropped off some pants to be cleaned. They returned to me someone else's pants and gave mine to someone else. I said I would give them 1 month to find my pants or they need to buy me new ones. They did not find mine and REFUSED to buy me new ones, even though they lost them. The owners are VERY RUDE and cannot accept that they screwed up and would not make it right! Stay away from this cleaners!! read more

I brought a suit, 3 shirts and 5 ties here. They did a great job cleaning and pressing and even had them ready the next day. Total was $35'ish. Reasonable except it was roughly $4 per tie. Shirts are $1.50. $10.95 for the suit. read more

I have taken about 8 pairs of pants here to be altered. All of them looked awesome and fit perfectly. They are always done when promised. We have had a couple holes fixed as well, and on both occasions, the woman who actually does the work comes up front to explain what she can and cannot do. In the past when I have had jeans shortened, they always look a bit different on the bottoms...I guess jeans are a bit harder to stitch properly. Over the years I've had clothes tailored,repaired and dry-cleaned, I have never had an issue. Their prices are competitive and never outrageous. The ladies have always been very friendly, attentive and always graciously pragmatic, that's the way they are! This is the place I go out of my way to bring my items to. 4 Stars because I haven't used all of their services, (I wish we could rate different areas of service). 5 Stars for my experiences so far with hemming, repairing seams, replacing buttons and dry cleaning work uniforms (Flight Attendant). read more

Lowest prices, best service, and most accommodating cleaners in the suburbs. It took me awhile to find a service I liked, but I finally did with Mega Cleaners. They will rush your orders if you need them to, they will walk you to your car with an umbrella when it's raining, and they will make alterations and fixes for next to nothing. read more

I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for about 8 years I think. I think that's all that needs to be said. I've had everything from alterations done to normal shirts cleaned and pressed. Charged me almost $100 to restitch FOUR buttons and to dry clean 3 jackets. What a ripoff!

I brought a dress shirt to cleaned and pressed for a wedding. When I came to pick it up the day of the wedding they closed early with no reason or signs on the door. I had to purchase a new shirt. I called and left a message outside there closed doors with a unhappy report. They called me back a few days later with an apology. When I went to pick up the shirt a few days later again they apologized and said next time I brought something in they would take care of me. I brought something in and they told me that they would take $10 off. When I came to pick up my items they changed my discount to only $4. I will not be going back there. read more

I took a dress here last week to get it altered for a wedding! I am a bridesmaid and the dress was too big. I was really nervous about taking it to a laundry place that had tailoring instead of a place that specifically altered bridesmaids dresses. Turns out I had nothing to worry about! The two ladies - the one at the front desk and the seamstress - were both very nice and very on point. All I did was try it on for the seamstress and right away she knew what to do and pinned up the dress. She suggested that I have them press it also because there were wrinkles and then sent me on my way. I came back a week later when they told me it would be ready and I paid the exact price quote they had given me when I dropped it off. When I paid for their services, I was reassured that they back up their work 100% and if I had any problem with anything, to come back anytime and they would help me! The dress fits soooooooo much better now and I am very happy I chose this place! 5 stars all the way! :) read more
