Not sure how I feel about this place..... There is nowhere to really sit some tables would be nice besides these plastic chairs. You can not self load your card with a debit/credit card, you have to go to the counter. It is a bit too cold for my liking.....maybe turn the heat up?? After all it's currently 30° The machines aren't all that large & look very old. No vending machines.....it would be nice to grab a tea, water, small snack & not have to drag my kids down the walkway in the frigid temps. Dryers are awful & don't dry worth pretty disappointing when you have to go to another place to finish what you can't here..... Oh well onto the next place next weekend....not sure I'll be back here. Also you cant put small nominations onto your card! What if you don't use all the money & have no plans to come back?? Do I just toss the money aside Definitely won't be back......update your machines pronto read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all let me say...I feel sorry for this ladies husband because he is sooooo nice! Secondly their washers do not spin out the water very well....this has been an issue each time I have gone..maybe less the 10 times since it's been open. My family owned laundry mats when I was younger ..I know! I went there around 10ish on a Sunday only 2 ppl in there and all of the sudden it got packed. I got some of my washers started ( 4 out of 7 loads) 3x 3.50 and 1 x 3.75. for some reason the owner decided to shut down the system and get it back up...however it wasn't going so smoothly for her. I am not sure if this was a voluntary process or if something was wrong that the system needed a reboot. By this time the facility was packed with people waiting to get started. My loads that got washed were finished so I took them out and put my car to dry at home. I had also taken out the others and also put them in my car because I didn't want to wait another 30 mins to wash. I saw another customer talking to the owner and I said oh maybe I should check my balance in case all these "errors" deducted from my card. She took me to the machine to check balance .75.....after I had started with $30.75. I said oh no that's not right.. She found my receipt confirmed to starting amt and asked me what machines started...I showed her the 3x 3.50 and told her and a top loader over there. She said well there aren't any clothes in here. I told her they were done so I took them to my car. So after telling her like 3 times or more what washers I had used she started getting shitty with me she loudly told me "I am trying to calculate what you used so I can credit your card" I said I understand that and I just told u 3 times ...these 3 washers and a top loader over there. Apparently her calculator doesn't work because I calculate 30.75 minus 14.25 equals 16.50. she brings my card back and said "I credited $10 so there is $10.75" I was so livid when I left because what a waste of my time and at the point it's not even worth speaking to her anymore because clearly she thinks she right in this situation. I saw her husband in the parking lot and asked him if he was the owner ..the first thing out of my mouth to him was "I understand this is a stressful situation for your wife ' next thing I know she's standing next to him...arguing with me even more. I finally said "listen I am a customer there are plenty of more options for me to wash my clothes" I didn't do anything wrong by asking for a refund that their machines malfunctioned. Then to be treated like I was trying to scam her is a whole other situation. Well enjoy the $6.00 u made for being a rude business owner. read more

I used to work their and the way the wash the floors is just water and they drain the water in the drain hole in the building. They owners Act nice and all to the costumers but when it comes to their employees kim fires them for no reason. They talk bad about costumers and employees behind their backs. read more

Since these new owners have taken this place over it's completely turned around and it's very friendly place and Kim and her Husband are great people they both are at the laundry mat quite often very friendly people. Great place! Kim is amazing! Our family had to move fast due to mold in our home rental. All of the clothing we were able to save needed to be laundered. Her kindness and help during this difficult time is much appreciated. We dropped off a ton of laundry while moving, it was done fast and folded perfectly! We will continue to go to TLC ! Very clean, but most of the machines don't work. They have a card system to pay for the machines. The issue seems to be the card readers. Seems like the system needs to be swapped out. Guessing business is losing a considerable amount of money seeing as most machines don't work. read more

I just left TLC laundromat and it was a great experience. Kim helped me determine what machines to use for my comforters and rugs and she explained how much soap to put in the machine. (Believe it or not, she taught me that I have been using too much soap all these years!) She even helped me fold my comforters when they were done. Very friendly and helpful service! Nearly half of the machines here don't work. That's not an exaggeration. There are 60 total machines between washers and dryers. I counted. 25 of them don't work. They also apparently only have like 5 laundry carts. So yeah. Save yourself the brain damage and know that if you show up here when it's busy you're going to wish you didn't. They get two stars because 2 of the 3 people I've dealt with here were above average friendly and helpful. As for the facilities, not so much. read more

If you show up at 8:55 on Sunday to wash a comforter the attendant will tell you that you can't because last wash is at 9pm. Guess she wants to sit alone in the place until 11 pm and make no money. read more

Terrific laundromat. Do not use often however when we have needed to wash hockey gear comforters or large blankets it has been the place to go. While the machines do a great job and the prices are fair ; the real reason for this review is to recognize the woman who works there. She is nice and goes out of her way to help in any way. Used this laundromat for the first time today. Very clean. The two women attendants were superb. It has been a long time since I used a laundromat and they walked me through how to use payment by card (no coin operated machines anymore) and the equipment I used to wash our comforters did a great job. Would definitely use this facility again. read more

I'll just say if your looking for loyalty that's not the place to go. I'm sure it's me that is the way it is now a days..call me old fashion but I still believe in loyalty not just one way. Live and learn. I will say they do pretty good doing your laundry and have it ready pretty quick. I'd give them a 3, yep the loyalty thing. read more

The staff at TLC is amazing. They have been super helpful every time I've needed to come in to wash larger items.
