Miami weather is always unpredictable and we were planning our daughter's birthday fairly last minute trying to find a place indoors that can be entertaining for kids. We found MegaJump and it was such a great experience at a good price. They accommodated all the kids we wanted to invite, were very quick to respond, helped out with ALL the decor (which came out above and beyond!) and include food, plates, silverware, cups and linens. All we did was show up and bring the cake! It was such a smooth experience and above all the kids had a blast (so much that we extended the party an extra hour). I highly recommend this place if you are planning your kids birthday. Quick tip: if you do a birthday party, do it during the week and around noon (we did our party on a Friday at noon and it was less crowded). read more

I am not one to write reviews but I could not let this bad experience happen to anyone else. Before I booked Mega Jump (Doral) I read the reviews on Yelp. I wish I would have been consistent with my trust on Yelp reviews but I decided to differ and I regret it. I booked my daughters 7Th Birthday to be done a on Friday at 6:30 pm. The day before the event I spoke to the general manager Salvador to let him know that I was adding a few more kids. He assured me that this was fine that all that they needed to do was add a few more plates and cups. He was very assuring, nice and professional. When I arrived to Mega Jump I can already tell everything was disorganized. First they charged me the wrong amount then they kept confusing my daughter's party with another one folders all over the place. I had to ask for a cart to put all the party supplies I had been standing with for 20 minutes. I ended up having to stand at the entrance of the place to direct my guests where to sign in because no one was helping them. At 7pm we were supposed to start jumping for one hour. I had to tell them to please give my guest the socks and tag to start jumping since it was already 7:05. By the time the last one received their stuff it was 7:26 pm. Already 30 mins of jumping time had gone by. Once again everything was disorganized. I had my daughters gifts and supplies on two separate carts which no one was watching over or placed away so my husband instead of being with our daughter had to stay and watch the stuff. I went to the room at 7:50 pm, there was not enough plates or cups for the kids the other table had no table cloth, no speaker for music was placed and on top of that we had to push all our own stuff into the room. Supposedly we were supposed to have an "assistant" to help us set up that is what we paid for. At this point my guests were asked to leave the jumping at 8 pm sharp (rudely). Now all the guests are in the room nothing is ready. I asked for the speaker numerous times until some old speaker was brought at 8:20 pm and on top of that you can barely hear the speaker. I was livid I asked to speak to the "manager" which they stated was not there. I walked to the front and spoke to the "supervisor" by the name of Fanny. This lady has to be one of the most condescending people I have ever met. She has the nerve to tell me the party is going as planned and everything is fine that she does not understand what the problem is. I explained all the things that were going on. Once again she tried to talk down to me as if I was a child instead of trying to deescalate the problem. I would say to the owner of Mega Jump that Fanny is a detriment to the company. After this it was time to eat cold pizza. The assistant gave pizza to the kids and parents knowing that sandwiches where for the parents. Pizza was not enough!!! My daughter received no pizza until one of the wonderful assistants Divine went and brought her two slices herself. The one good thing that Mega Jump has is Divine. This young lady which is a high school student is mature, polite, critical thinker and organized. She was the only one that was able to make it a 20% enjoyable experience. She should be the supervisor of this place. If it wasn't for her I would have picked up and left. I know my error was at the last minute adding kids but I would not have done so if Salvador had not assured me it can be done. PLEASE!!!!!! Save you time and money from having your child's birthday at this chaotic and disorganized place. It really was not worth it!! I've gone here about 10 times in the last year or so but I won't be going again because these little 15 year old employees they have running around are just to obnoxious. This time it was just seriously annoying. I've never had a problem checking in there before but their dumb employees weren't able to check me in so I had to speak to a supervisor just so they could pull my name up and I could pay them. After that it was just extremely aggravating. I've always held my 4 year old daughter's hand and jumped with her before but this time they were harassing me every time I did it. Then she would jump on the same square as me and they would come out and harass us again. She's with her parent for crying out loud. There's no liability when you sign a waiver and the kid is jumping with her parent. Absolutely obnoxious experience now. The owner of the place is a moron because he can't train his employees on how to use common sense. read more

The worst place to have a party I paid for good in advance and I had no good the service was horrible will it recommend to anybody

"DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILDREN's PARTY HERE" !!! Most of our guests arrived at 3:20pm, which is 40 min. prior to when the activities were suppose to start... They were understaffed and did not process the guests in a timely manner... Check-In was HORRIBLE !!! There were not enough computers for some of the parents to "RE-sign" the waivers... To make it worse, there were "HIDDEN FEES" that were not explained to us !!! We were already charged the "Weekend Rate" which was an extra $100... Then all of a sudden we were charged an additional $56.00 for "Weekend Service Fee"... In addition, I paid for 30 min. of Laser Tag"... The children were brought to the Laser Tag room around 4:15pm, they watched a video that lasted 3 min. & by the time they were told to put on their gear it was almost 4:20pm... Then after 10 min. of Laser Tag they were told they had to exit the area !!! If I "PAID" for 30 min. of Laser Tag, the children should've gotten THIRTY MINUTES of play time... To add insult to injury, they tried to charge me an additional $25 for a child that I was unaware of, that came 10 min. prior to the end of the "Bounce" session WITHOUT my knowledge... Once we got into the party room, the table covering was not as promised, (they were suppose to be orange & green) instead they were white and the table coverings were stained & dirty... AND for the amount of children we paid for, they only gave us TWO medium sized boxes of pizza from Pizza Hut that was COLD... I have never in the 13 yrs. of being a mother and hosting parties for my child had such a HORRIBLE experience !!! I will be contacting the "Better Business Bureau"... My sons birthday party was 3/16/2019 and it was amazing. My guest loved it and are still talking about it and want to have there kids party there. The manager, my party host and all his staff were very attentive. They accommodated me with all my issues and every single employee was kind. I really don't understand the negative reviews. In my opinion way better and safer than skyzone. It has much less kids than skyzone and everything is on one level so you can be next to your child at all times and they have staff at every section making sure all kids follow rules. Had my sons party here and it was perfect! Couldn't have asked for better night! The staff was accommodating. Had to notify them of things needed and they were quick to respond which was appreciated. If we needed more water they provided it quickly, when i asked for music in our party room they were quick to bring a portable speaker. Food was definitely over priced but at the end all my guests and kids had a great time! Place was clean, organized, and staff was at each jumping station at all times which alleviated having to watch the kids. Highly recommend! read more

This place is horrible. The laser tag room vests and guns don't work properly and 4 kids out of our party were not able to play and we had to do multilple rounds which some of them paid out of pocket extra. We paid to play in the laser tag room and came out being accused my the ownersor managers son false allegations about an alleged inappropriate comment. All because the child was upset that he lost. What a coincidence it was the owners son. It ruined the day for us. Can not believe the owner would come up to us with these allegations without proof or evidence, it was super disrespectful and embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for lack of professionalism especially in a family oriented facility. read more

This place is still new. On our recent trip to Miami but we saw a Groupon for unlimited jump pass. We purchased and headed over it was worth it we only stayed for around two hours. The place is clean and welcoming. It's still new so the laser tag wasn't ready yet. read more

We came here for my nephews birthday and we had a great time. They have their own parking lot and have a wheelchair accessible ramp (the only way to enter unless you climb up the small pot of grass). You can tell they opened a few months ago because the front is a little plain. They have different play areas like a foam pit (where you can climb to jump even higher), basketball area, obstacle course, huge jumping trampoline area, dodgeball area, and one small section where you have to jump over a rotating bar (requires a minimum height). You can purchase time from 30 minutes and up (includes socks). I think 30 min to an hour here is plenty of time. It wasn't too packed for a Saturday night, which I appreciate compared to other trampoline places. You have to wear a sticker that states the time you have to leave the area, but they fall off (a little bit annoying). If your sticker falls off the front desk will provide you with a new one. They also have a few benches to eat on since they have food/refreshments available (Ice's are available which I love). The food and drinks are a little overpriced so bring your own. read more

The wipeout was so much fun! The ninja course has so many obstacles that makes you wanna use 6 million hours to succeed in them all!! If u bring ur grandmother along, there are REALLY good massage chairs JUST for a $1! Lazertag is also a BLAST. There are many great hiding places where you can shoot many people and win. There is a super cool game there that is basically a beam and a person gets on on each side and you have to knock each other down with soft sticks. That's a great game to test ur amazing skills. My personal opinion is that it is WAY better than Sky Zone cuz Sky zone doesn't doesn't have a ninja course, wipeout, lazertag, and the beam thing. read more

Amazing place, the boys and girls who attended us were very friendly. the park is very fun and the incredible employees, they have some cheap party packages for all the things that they offer you in the package I recommend Mega Jump with your eyes closed. Now with the COVID thing they have incredible measures they take your temperature when you enter they give you hand sanitizer and when you enter the trampolines they give you hand sanitizer again, they are also cleaning and disinfectant the common areas all the time. read more

Terrible place !!! Do not do your kids birthday party here, they are not organized and don't take care of their customers . The owner is arrogant and has no people skills. Customer service from him is a total 0, but he was quick in charging me. There he had the nerve to come up and because I told him, he would have to wait, due to the fact that my kids father stepped out to get balloons. He wanted to cancel my party, this is not Latin America, this is the USA. Everyone from my party saw how rude he was and he thinks he did nothing wrong. His wife was rude to people from my party as well by totally ignoring them. I've tried this place twice. The first time I was disappointed, but decided to give it another chance. But it was a fail. I gave it 2 stars because its got potential. I know its a new business but did they train their staff before they opened????? By the way, when I say staff, I mean kids (with the exception of maybe 2 adults in the front desk). Immature boys who flirt, gossip, fool around, disappear who knows where, etc. The service is disappointing. Service with a smile ... no way!!!!!! Again, I seriously doubt anyone has been trained at this place. These places can be fun but also dangerous if these "fun" pits/obstacle courses go unattended. My friend's daughter got hurt really bad in an area that was unattended. We went to the front desk several times and complained that there were no attendants, but still no attendant would show up. My friend and I watched over our kids the entire time we were there(which we do gladly) but the point is that it is not our job to do their job. Its a shady position to be in because you do not want to tell off another parents child and then get into a confrontation. The problem can be solved if the attendants do their job!! This place is awesome. The kids have a blast, but they do need to improve the "parent accommodations", reason why I'm only giving them 4 stars. They need to improve on the sitting availability and comfort. They have the space to make something nicer for parents. At the end of the four hours we where there my back was killing me!! The light went 2 times, when I returned the current the first time the air conditioners did not work and they had us killing the heat, they gave my friend a birthday room in full construction because they did not have another, did not have enough light, when entering to the fourth they had all the construction tools in part of the corridor, the children could not finish their playing time because the current went away again while we waited for the current to be restored, the only thing they offered us were disposable dishes to give us air. Last Saturday we visited for a bday party. Sknce 1 child was invited i purchased a groupon for 2 other children unlimited pass. We got there late for the party around 1:45. As I walked in everyone was co.plaining about the heat. The ac wasnt working. I claimed my groupon and right away at 2pm it was time for pizza and cake. The heat was ridiculous! The party owner was embarrassed and claiming the manager was super rude. Before the cake was over we heard a bang and the lights went out. The emergency lights were left it was about 3pm now so the kids went to jump a bit and then another bang and all lights went out! Now everyone wa removed from the bounce area. It was now 3:30 the latest. I tried getting a groupon replacement for another day for my 2 all day passes and the female manager was the nastiest manager i have ever encountered. She pretty much said it wasnt her problem. She was condescending, sarcastic and out right mean! Obviously she wasnt the owner and it wasnt her money invested in this business. There was another manager behind the vounter but he wasso busy i didnt get to talk to him. The kids where hot and sweaty so we decided to cut our losses and deal with groupon directly. Unfortunately groupon couldnt assist since it had been claimed already but i am truly dissapointed. Stay away from this place! After talking to friends they told me this place is known for the lack of customer service and honestly in doral there are so many places like sky zone that offer much better service. read more

I can make this really long or to the point and due to the fact that I am still very upset I will make it short .. the owner is very unprofessional and only cares about money instead of safety .. he sits in the front making sure everyone is accounted for for every single second they are jumping yet his staff isn't even watching the kids .. meanwhile the kids are jumping one on top of each other from the high ledge.. after my child was almost seriously injured i had to bring it to his attention and he sent a 15 year old that was on his phone most of the time to watch the children.. It's a shame because the facility is great .. I suggest going and watching you're children closely if they are still between the ages of 3 and 6 because the staff isn't going to do it , all they care is about you paying and getting out of there when your time is up. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I really wished I would've read some reviews before booking my daughter's party. I booked a party for 16 kids months in advanced and they still managed to get it wrong. The staff is not helpful and very uncoordinated. I was cramped in a tiny little room which barely fit the kids and half the parents were standing up. So embarrassing!! They were missing items I ordered and added things I didnt ask for. The hostess was MIA 90% of the time and I had to serve the food and drinks my self. And talk about overpriced crappy food, $18 for a cheese pizza from Pizza Hut, are you kidding me! And the mini sandwiches are a disgrace, literally white loaf bread with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese. And the owner is no help are, he should be embarrassed to run a place like this and cheat parents out of our hard earned money.. read more
