So I came here to wash my huge alternative comforter and I haven't been to a washing machine place…read moresince I was a kid so basically in the 90s I had to ask him if I could use the washing machine in the front and I also didn't know how to pay, so can you show me how to do that and then a lady in there showed me how to start the dryer and then I didn't know how to put my soap in the dispensers so the man that works there show me how to do that so that was nice. The place was really clean. He was actually cleaning when I was there. There is no trash on the floor anywhere all the areas that you would fold. Your clothes are clean all the pressing machine was clean. I didn't know that they had that that was cool. There was clean seating, clean vending machines and also I didn't know that you needed one of those cards to pay for that either I was trying to use my debit card. I'm like why is it not working? The staff is very nice. The area where he sits with the soap and everything behind him which I wish I knew that they had that there because I had to go into the dollar tree to get some soap, but that is very convenient. I love that there is nothing wrong with the place at all. Also paying 2.50 to use the washing machine then paying 2.50 to use the dryer is not a lot since you're literally going there to use. It is a clean place. It's convenient.

I have used their machines and washed these items myself and also had them do the washing and drying. I cannot say enough nice things about this business! The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and quality of the cleaning is top shelf. Their prices are also amazing! For example, I took my 9x12 Ruggable rug in on 06/08/2026 to have them wash and dry it and it was only $30 + tax. The rug was ready the next day and it looked fabulous and smelled amazing. I can't recommend Laundry Wish enough!

I had $15 cash and that wasn't enough for 1 large washer, 1 medium and 1 small washer. Plus the extra fees for the card activation. Just a little frustrated since this is the closest washateria to me. Lady at the front was very sweet and the mat is nice and clean, fresh and organized. I am not leaving a bad review, just my experience so you know before you get here. Otherwise everything else was pretty solid.

The bigger washers start at $8.75 for a regular wash and go to $9.55 if you want to add an extra wash. The regular size washers are $6.75, the bigger dryers are $2.10, and the regular dryers are $1.60. You need to load up a laundry card to get the machines to work, but it's super convenient that you don't need quarters. You can pay with Apple Pay/card, EBT, or cash. Note that it's $1 for the card (I think). They also have a bill breaker. I would definitely recommend it here!

Also this could of been my fault but I got holes in my clothes guess the dryer got to hot. And another thing all my white had rust stains. I hate writing bad reviews. But if this is your first time washing at a laundromat. I'd really think your load's through and be careful what machines you use.

It's been over 20 years since I've visited a laundromat, and this place was impeccable. The staff is warm and helpful. The machines were efficient. Using a card verses cash is most safe. WOW, great experience using Laundry Loop. So, this was a fabulous experience! Long story short, I got behind with the laundry and couldn't do it myself in my washer and dryer. I got the brilliant idea that there ought to be some laundry service that would pick up and deliver, and I found Laundry Loop. I actually went in to talk to the nice young lady behind the counter and she was enormously helpful, got the owner on the phone and I can say that from beginning to end the owner helped make a difficult situation so much easier! I met two of the young ladies who were working behind the counter, and both of them were really very nice. The facility itself was organized and clean, the people were really great, and I just can't say enough good things about this. I think I'll send some blankets over there as well next week because they can be a bit much to handle oneself ... My guess is that you'll have a wonderful experience as well so if you're looking for laundry that will wash and fold, an even pick up and deliver if you need that, this is your go-to place.
