Took my Comforter to them and got a ticket saying it would be ready the next week on 4/5/2026 went on that day to pick it up and 11 more days only to be told it would be there at 5:00pm that day each time and it didn't show up until 5/4/2026...... I hadn't been here in like a year but I have gone here for the last decade and they just charged me $40 to dry clean 3 sundresses. $70 for 8 pcs total. Also, one of the last times I came here they gave a skirt of mine to another customer. I finally got it back after making a big deal but yah I will never go back. -10 out of 10 read more

Absolute worst customer service if you can even call it service. They lost my expensive comforter, refused to acknowledge it for weeks, After I have to go to store to confront them they told me they found it, I go back the next day, they lied to me, and it's still lost. At this point I try to contact the manger who doesn't call back for a week until I showed back up to the store and demanded an answer. They then told me they found it (again) and tell me they are going to get it. I show up the next day to get it-they still don't have it, and it's still lost. I contact the owner who informs me they have 30 days to find it. I give them the 30 days, plus a couple to find it or get back to me. They don't reach out, I have to contact them several more times, they claim they found it. Again this is a lie and they stop responding. This is a horrible cleaning service. If they lose your items they will ignore you, lie to you, and refuse any responsibility. I would never use this place. read more

Their website, yelp and google all say they close at 5pm but this is false data they closed early at 4pm I was there by 4:15 and they wouldn't get my clothes I had to go buy new clothes for a trip. Their customer service and lack of website support is horrible. Edit: the owner just called me and called me a piece of s$&! For leaving a review about his place... normally customer service is to apologize and try to fix the issue not call your customers bad names. read more

Saw a couple bad reviews on this place which I don't think reflects the quality of service. This place is right around the corner from me and have used them over 20 times. Not only have I never had a problem, I found them to be very accommodating. If you have something that needs to be dry cleaned urgently, they will do it for you in hours. The owner is also a really nice man who remembers and cares about his customers. He also offers to pick up and deliver your clothes for free if you live close by. read more

UPDATE: So they kept the going home outfit an extra few days... when we finally got it back(the gown, the hat, and the blanket), it was ruined. It looked like it was 10 years old. The color was greyed and dingy and the delicate flowers had torn off in pieces.. it looks like they attempted to sew them back together and make it look like nothing happened. I went back to the store these pieces were bought at and there is a pretty noticeable difference in the before and afters. My husband is demanding reimbursement for these clothes(which total over $200). We have the original receipt and proof of what the clothing looked like before and we are being denied restitution. My husband just keeps getting the run-around. We are going to work up a case to take to small claims court. We will not let this go. No. Not when this is supposed to be one of the happiest moments of our lives. I am 39 weeks pregnant and had a few nice baby clothes purchased from the Chic Baby boutique store. Thought since they are dry clean and handclean only, that I wouod have them taken in to be cleaned before the birth of my daughter. My husband took them in to be cleaned, but when he picked them up, one of them(a cute romper) looked like it had been thrown into a washing machine.. the cute flower on the front was nowhere to be found and the straps were all wrinkly. The newborn "coming home" outfit that cost a fortune wasn't ready because they said they needed extra time to hand clean it? All of these should have been hand cleaned. I suspect they threw that one in the wash as well and messed up it up, hence them having to keep it an additional day. My husband showed them the romper and the manager/owner(who knows) said he would go out and find another flower to place on it that matched the original one. He sent a picture to my husband and it was hideous and nowhere near what the original flower looked like. BTW, the original purple flower was pinable. The new one was tiny, red and cheap. Not to mention... it was hot glued on! He didnt even ask if thats what we wanted before gluing it on. Going to ask for compensation for this romper and wait and see why they kept the baby girls going home outfit longer. I have a very bad feeling about this... read more

I've used this merchant in the past several times and although in the past the service was just ok, since then these last times I have used them again I believe they've improved significantly and hence I am issuing a 5 star for these. I grew up right down the street from this cleaners for 18 years. My parents always went to this cleaner so of course when I moved back from college this was my go to place. The man working there (forgot his name I feel horrible) still had all of us in his system. He gets anything I bring in all clean and finished by the next day if I ask him to. Just recently I saw that there was a shoe repair sign on the door so I asked him if he could fix one of my bags that broke recently. He ordered the new hardware for it and we are waiting for it to come in. He is so awesome and wonderful. Everyone there is very personal and very professional. Was excited to try a local place minutes away from my apartment. I should've checked the ratings first. Spoke with the Indian gentleman who assured me that my pants would have the belt loop sewn and be dry cleaned within 24 hours. Returned the following day for the same man to argue with me and insist that I told him I would be coming at a later time. Now I have to purchase new pants in order to go to work tonight. VERY UNSATISFIED. and to top it off he says, " THANK YOU" very sarcastically as I'm leaving. This is the first and last time I'll do business here. read more

They have always cleaned and pressed my clothes perfectly. They are so friendly and always ask how other family members are doing. There is a drive thru that allows you to drop off and pick up your clothes so you never have to leave the car. As soon as they see a car drive up there are there immediately. We have been bringing our bedspreads as well as work and formal attire here for years. The owner is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and our clothes have always come back clean. On one occasion, they were even able to get hard stains (blood or wine) out of a presumably lost cause designer dress. They also have a drive-thru for those in a hurry. read more
