I made a come back to MegaFit to get a little bit of a different flavor in my day-to-day workouts. Little did I know how much of an impact it made on my body with just 2 sessions in. It truly works every muscle of your body and tests your strength ability. I hands down recommend anyone who's bold enough to take their fitness journey to the next level. Absolutely love this place. It's always very clean, neat and the instructors are professionals. Of course there are easy, medium and hard instructors and you'll know who's who after just a couple of weeks. The only thing I would recommend is to have discounted packages a little more often for those of us that would like to go more often but it gets pricey. read more

I have never been to a workout where I felt that every minute felt effective and challenged me where every muscle burned at the same time (that's a good thing). I love everything about this pilates studio! it's clean, big enough yet small enough (which is perfect for me, as I don't like working out with tons of people around me). The instructors are absolutely amazing. I have my favorites, but really everyone is so kind and willing to help you and encourage you. Lastly, the workouts are so great! It's been a few months but I'm constantly learning something new. I also love the stretches at the end of each session. I seriously have not one complaint! read more

First of all, let me start this by saying, I love coming to Mega Fit and taking Laura and Helene's classes. I love both of them. They have the best personalities and are so sweet, they both have the best energy and really push us all to push ourselves and get the best work out possible. So this has nothing to do with either one of them because they're both amazing. This is more about the business itself.... I started coming to Mega Fit through ClassPass and now all of a sudden there's never any availability when I'm trying to book classes. I have even got up at 5 o'clock in the morning because that's when the classes open up to book and it says booked from that time. And I know for a fact that the classes are not booked it's just they don't want people to book through ClassPass, they want you to buy a package through the studio. One of the owners recently did a post saying that they're offering limited spots for class passers because they want to give availability for those that are buying packages through the business but the fact of the matter is they are not offering any classes to class passers anymore. And the package prices are ridiculous and doesn't make sense for me to pay a premium to have class pass in addition to buying classes through the studio. I started going to Club Lagree in Pasadena and they are amazing there and offer availability for everybody to book in addition to class passers. I just think it sucks that they just abruptly stop taking class passers even though the classes still aren't fully booked and there's room for us. read more

I am hooked on MegaFit!!! It is a workout experience like no other, especially if you are looking to tone and shape your body. I am a few sessions in, and in comparison to other methods of exercise, this really targets muscles you didn't realize you had. The best part is, the exercises engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. In other worlds you are killing not just two, but more like three to four birds with one stone so to speak. It's a whole body experience, not just the typically gym upper body one day, then abs another, and then lower body another day. I have been exercising for years and I've tried waking, running, jogging, strength training/personal trainer, yoga/Pilates, cycling, and typical gym exercises, this is a HIDDEN GEM. It's all about mind to muscle and it really works even after one class!!! I am working on toning my abs, especially after two pregnancies, and I can already see the firmness building with each class....I can't say enough good things about MegaFit. It's definitely not Pilates, but an elevated, more sophisticated, and ingenious approach to acquiring the best version of your body. I must say at first you are naturally a bit clueless about how to use the machines, but there is an instructor for every class and their styles and techniques all seem different, which is wonderful because the body is continually being challenged to work differently. Since I am not new to exercise, I know that my body would get used to the same movements and then I would plateau. This class challenges and motivates you in the best way possible and because you don't really know what to expect and the classes fly by. Afterward, you feel amazing and reenergized!!! They have a cool app that can be downloaded in seconds to help sign up for each class. I appreciated the beginner package for 2 classes with free grip socks as a way to kick off my experience. I literally had a 1-on-1 experience with my instructor Milene and she really helped me with my form. Anytime I was pushing myself or struggling, Milene would say, "Keep going, you are stronger than you think," and she was right! So happy to incorporate Lagree into my workout routine because above all I see results. read more

I've never been a person who had the desire to workout. I hated going to the gym because I never knew what to do there & felt uncomfortable. A few months prior to joining MegaFit, I was diagnosed with a non curable neurological disease which affected my legs & for some time I had to use a walker & wheelchair to get around. After receiving some treatment, a dear friend of mine recommended to sign up for MegaFit to get into better shape and get my body stronger. I originally got the 2 class pass and fell in love. I then signed up for 12 class per month pass. By all means, it's the hardest workout I've ever had to do, but I feel so amazing after. Helene is my favorite instructor. She's so understanding if you have limitations to some exercises, she really pushes you to give it your all, & all of her routines really make you sweat!! Megafit is really a great enjoyable way to workout! I was hesitant on trying it at first thinking I wouldn't be able to although after giving it a try once it got me hooked!! I love the environment and love my trainer Donara, she's great and really focuses on ways to improve your form to get the hang of it. I love taking her class! This was my first time ever attending a Lagree class and it felt amazing! You definitely can feel the burn as you're working out, but once you finish you feel so refreshed. As someone who has never worked out a day in her life, Donara - the instructor - made it so easy to understand all the positions and helped adjust my body to do the workouts more accurately. It's also located in such a beautiful neighborhood right by a coffee shop. Will definitely be coming back for more! read more
