My family has lived all this time near this bakery, but I can't fathom for the life of me why we didn't avail of their ensaymada more often. How I end up buying them from other places other than their bakeshop which is a short walk from our house is perplexing. They may not be as fluffy and fat as most other ensaymadas, but I like that they are a little more dense and have a good bite to them. Plus they come in different flavors, like ube and salted egg. They are the closest store to us that sell Cheetos and Lay's though, and they have a 24/7 pandesal booth outside, so at least they give me other reasons to make a visit other than their great ensaymadas. read more
