When I finally decided to speak up I called the office regarding this matter, I spoke with Liz, whose tone was very rude, aggressive, impolite, and inconsiderate. Our family has spent thousands of dollars for three different family lots, so this level of customer service was extremely disappointing. What happened to treating customers with courtesy and respect? Had Liz spoken to me in a calm and professional manner while simply explaining the cemetery rules, it would have made all the difference. Instead, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and unheard during an already emotional situation. So uncalled for! They need to hire friendly staff.

Sue was extremely helpful with providing additional information that helped us adovate for the family in the hospital. Everything went smoothly. Service was scheduled and went beautifully. Representatives at the service-Memorial Park were kind and professional.
