Bizarre and unprofessional experience. Family member had an appt to set up a probate case,…read moreprovided documents, etc. Thought everything was good to go. Hadn't heard anything after a month but received a bill for $150, but also the bill listed the decedent as another relative's name that was very much alive. Relative called to a) straighten out the descendant's name b) to get the status of the case and c) to verify all bills would be paid by the estate. Instead of assisting her, the office staff sent a bizarre cryptic email that essentially said "we can't take this case, the bill is void, come get your documents, and don't call us with any questions about this." Huh?? Relative lives out of state so I went in to pick up the documents and they wouldn't say anything and ushered me out quickly like I had the plague. Would be nice to know what happened? Is there something wrong with the paperwork? Do you not help executors that live out of state? We suspect maybe staff made an error and didn't want to fess up to the atty?? I guess we'll never know. We're set back a month from dealing with this. Very rude and unprofessional. Thanks for nothing. Very much not recommended.

Don't get schmooze by the false positive reviews. We had our initial call in early 2024, then a follow-up email shortly after that, then he ghosted us for three-four months, was never responsive to emails, and out of the blue he has a draft for us in August 2025. If you don't mind waiting for a whole year and not having any correspondence, he's the perfect attorney for you.
