I didn't feel like my attorney's were actually representing ME! The process took almost 3 years. Poor communication between the lawyers and their doctors. Lots of mistakes and occurred. They went back-and-forth if they should add my prior employer, along with my current employer. I was told conflicting information multiple times. And when I was just released from the hospital five days before my trial. I showed up in a wheelchair under heavy medications. And excruciating pain. Whatever you do, don't sign your case over to this firm. They are a super unprofessional only women staffed firm that switches out employees every few months. They are unorganized, not professional, and a few of their staff members are exceptionally rude and lie. First of all after wasting over 2 years of my life with this firm, my settlement payout was probably half or less than half of what I would've gotten with a competent firm. And for 3 months during my case I didn't receive any workers comp benefits because my "case manager" wasn't doing shit she was supposed to be doing which resulted in me losing my benefits at a very sensitive time. When I called them to call them out on the situation, I was name called, blame shifted, and hung up on. I lose sleep often thinking about how I screwed myself trusting this firm. I cannot speak enough about Angie Kwik. I was in an ugly and lengthy lawsuit with Orange County Sanitation District. That organization put me through something awful. The employees were amazing, but the leadership was below standard and completely abused me as a woman and a professional medical person. I have been dealing with this law firm for the past 3 months. Initially they seem to have be very efficient, they gather all my information, sent someone to my home, and everyone seemed very informative. However, since then nothing else. In the three months I have been with this firm , I have not been referred to a Dr., I have dealt with 3 different case workers, and have not received any updates from them; unless they are initiated by me. When I first searched them through yelp, this firm had over 15 reviews. now they have 9. I find that a bit weird. Also it seems like there is a constant turnover of staff. I am not sure if I will be staying with them; so far they have given me no reason to stay with them. I'll give a future update if anything changes. read more
