We bought this jerky because everyone said this is what you buy at the Aberdeen mall when you're a tourist. I got one piece of spicy salmon, one piece of spicy beef jerky and one piece or pork Jerky. They did not vacuum seal. This is only a cash establishment. They are actually grilling some of the jerky. She weighed my 3 pieces of spicy jerky and charged me $20 US dollars. Nice pieces. A little on the pricy side.

Love this and am so glad a stall like this is a available in Richmond near me. We buy this to bring to family who live in the States. It is pricey for sure but it seems to be the ongoing price anyways. It is a treat for sure to have this. The lady behind the counter is very friendly and helpful. She always makes sure it's well vacuumed as she knows I'm traveling. Store looks clean without a lot of mess. Gives me a sense of trust that they operate in accordance with health rules.

We first encountered this brand in Singapore and it was so good! I love that the jerky is freshly made in front of you. Also love that they vacuum seal the bag for you if you buy at least half a pound of jerky at a time. The jerky here was a little on the thicker side and a tad sweet, but it has good flavor and great texture. I wished it was a bit spicier though. Overall, still loved it!

Rubbery jerky It's a like silicon rubber mixture with sense of sweetness Super lean that my grandma wouldn't disagree and keep in the freezer for a decade before tossing it to the green bin

    Freshly made jerky awaiting customers.

Beef jerky, made fresh in front of you. Color me impressed. I didn't understand why there was a small lineup at this beef jerky shop in Aberdeen mall until I tried my first piece of jerky from them. Forget about all the beef jerky you've ever bought at gas station rest stops during road trips. The jerky here was made three minutes ago, NOT THREE YEARS AGO. It came out moist, sweet, soft and glistening with marinade. It did not resemble your 90 year-old mother-in-law after a day tanning at the beach. I do not know if the jerky here has preservatives or not, so they may be perishable unlike more traditional jerkies sold elsewhere. BUT, they tasted so good that they didn't last long enough for me to determine their shelf life. Highly addictive, and definately worth a try.

They charge an extra dollar for this.

They make their jerky fresh. The lady who served us was a bit interesting. We asked her for a sample because we're purchasing this as a gift to the States. She was hesitant. We tried beef and pork. Each had spicy or sweet. We choose the spicy. For a half lb she will vacuum seal it. We did so and asked for the seal after vacuum seal to get through customs. We asked her for a box but she said it costs an extra $1. The consistency was very soft and you don't have to fight with the jerky. Score.

Very good quality and taste. But a small piece is 5.50. I remember as a kid growing up in Vancouver. Where the local homemade butcher shop Jerkey this size was 3.00. This was late 80s. So I guess the price isn't that bad. Also this Jerkey was better tasting than any reg butcher shop type jerky. Still rather go get a slice of pizza or pay a little more for fried chicken. Was nice to try but no repeat.

    Display of fresh jerky. Yummm

OH EM GEE. Deeeeelicious. You get to watch them make the jerky in real time and all the pieces are so fresh! Make sure to bring cash. If you're American, it was 1 USD = 1 CAD which means we got a little ripped off but not bad. The ones labeled sweet are wayy too sweet in my opinion. The ones labeled spicy weren't spicy but JUSSSTTT right. They are located next to H Mart so it's super easy to find them! I will definitely be back with my family the next time we come to Vancouver! The person in my ahead of me bought over $100 worth of jerky so you know they are crazy good :)

The shop is small and selection isn't the biggest, but it's enough. They made a fresh batch of marinated butter chicken so I bought that along with the sauce. I wanted and tried their garlic chicken. I wanted to try the goat meat too, but we didn't have a lot of people for dinner that day so decided to come back another day. The two types of chicken that I cooked up at home were so flavorful, juicy and delicious. The chicken and sauces were freshly made so it probably made a huge difference too. The man working inside the shop that day was friendly and took his time to explain each item. He was happy and appreciative of the reviews I told him about on Google as well. I'll be back next time to try more things.

I'm not used to green coloured chicken but was willing to try since she highly recommended it. I was so glad I did. The taste was amazing and very flavorful that I managed to look past the color. The tandoori chicken was also excellent. I followed her cooking directions in the airfryer and it was perfectly cooked. I am so glad I took a leap of faith and went inside their store. It was so good I will come back tomorrow for more.

It's located in the Aberdeen food court fairly close to the air train station and seating is available further down in the food court; it was pretty packed on a Saturday morning so you have to be ready to share or prepare to square up for a table. BBQ Pork: Perfectly crunchy skin and the pork is moist all the way through. Satisfying chew, but not overcooked at all. Perfect amount of sodium and zero funk that you can sometimes get with pork. The perfect, encyclopedic Chinese bbq pork. BBQ Duck: Super savory and fatty with a bit of sweetness on the skin. Again, super moist (almost juicy dare I say) all the way through. Literally no sauce needed.

Their business is situated in a busy mall and it's more of a take out place vs a sit down restaurant. They also operate as a butcher shop. The workers here are really friendly and I never have issues ordering for someone who doesn't speak Cantonese/Mandarin. I rotate between ordering their roasted pork, soy chicken, and steamed chicken. All are amazing, especially the steamed chicken!! I ordered this by mistake once and didn't realize something so simple could be so delicious. The ginger scallion sauce they provide with it is so good. Everything always tastes fresh. Prices are great too, especially with the US to CAN conversion. Highly recommended!

I was slightly disappointed, but we decided on the gold tier. Service was alright. We ordered our food and waited for it to arrive. Our server did not stop by to clear dirty plates until we were about to pay our bill. Skewers and hot pot did taste good for what was available. There was enough variety to keep things interesting.
