I always get the 1-hr foot spa for $50-starts with hot water soaking your feet, and a head massage. Don't be afraid to tell your massager where you need more attention--they'll remember! I was very impressed for we went in my birthday, and my boyfriend had no idea what he was walking into. He enjoyed the massage, as we were in a public but private area to where we peacefully got our massages. We were massaged with hot stones as well (I don't care for that as much), but it was immensely satisfying and very similar to the other foot spas I've been to. Consistency is key to places like this.

By that I mean Abby has a real gift. I prefer deep tissue over the Swedish style so real pressure is needed. This has not been a problem. Abby naturally applies the right amount of strength to move the muscles along until they slip back into place. I'm thinking of thighs , calves, and forearms in my case. Each week she focuses the main areas of concern. But works in other area that may have received less attention during the prior session. Over time all the main muscle groups get there just due.
