Until the extra bills started coming in. The eye doctor never submitted to my insurance company but said the charges were refused. They did add on services without telling us they were at additional cost, and the glasses had fees that my insurance wouldn't pay like paying for wider lenses (even though my glasses are not large in size. Requested pupil distance measurement from the optometrist. Was told that their optometry department performed that function. Requested measurement from that department and was told that they would NOT provide because of "liability" unless purchasing glasses from them. I would recommend another provider if possible.

I have been going to the Holicki Eye Center for many years, don't get me wrong, the doctors and most of the staff are absolute Rock Stars, it's why I continue to go.
