Her compassion, patience and understanding are beyond compare! When I first met her I had put adhesive in my dentures to get a soft line. I didn't know that you weren't supposed to use that he should when you geta soft liner put in. I did not only receive the softliner, I received an education as far as Dentures were concerned. Ann smiled ( did not laugh) and kind of rolled her eyes but with empathy. And I hear she was responsible for the beautiful Christmas tree that was in the office last year. She may be short in stature, but she's a force to be reckoned with with her knowledge of Dentistry. I also had the honor and privilege of meeting Norberto! He was a great coach at putting my hard Liners in today. He's extremely knowledgeable, put you at ease and simply fantastic! All in all, a great experience at Aspen Dental.

We went from owing 450 to getting a refund of 48$. Im very happy with the follow up that I got, my problem has been solved and I now know it was a billing error. I no longer think Aspen Dental is trying to rip you off, it just seemed like it when the original employee I talked to brushed me off and blamed insurance. My guess is while carrying on their personal conversation, I was not checked in and "Dr is running late" was an excuse. If it was an excuse, be professional and own your mistake. Today, I had 2 extractions, 1/2 periodontal cleaning and a crown started. Most of which is covered by Medicare with Humana. Dr Chein and staff (Kierra,Leslie, Uli and again, Markie) were all fantastic! Never had so much work professionally, efficiently done even at my lifetime Dentist!!
