I did have to wait 20 minutes but it was the same day I asked for the referral and they were working me in because of the issue I had. He has continued to treat me with kindness and expertise. Many patients are scared, anxious and therefore short tempered so consider the mood you were in and the attitude you presented. I give high ratings to this clinic and the staff. The entire process felt rushed, and rote. The assistant seemed bored and only half present, which makes me wonder how thorough and accurate she was. I also felt a bit rushed when I asked about a laser procedure that would help improve my vision after having had cataract surgery on my right eye last year. I left not really understanding much of anything, and questioning what I need or don't need. I should've asked more questions, but, again, I felt rushed. I do give 5 stars to whoever took the photos of my eyes prior to the exam. She was bright, kind, and more than happy to explain things. When there are such large numbers of patients being seen on a daily basis, maybe it's inevitable that we begin to feel like moving parts on a conveyor belt of an assembly line.
