This is a friendly smaller pharmacy serving a hospital. I…read moretake some some oddball prescriptions and this pharmacy has always had the scripts for me when I needed them. Walk in, walk up, never any waiting, done and walking out in minutes. Never crowds, traffic or irritations. The staff is very informative and friendly. You could go to Walgreens or Target or Mieijers for your prescription but why? Can't go wrong here!

He went out of his way to find coupons for me to save me a few extra dollars. He overheard me talking to my daughter about lunch plans and suggested a few restaurants and even recommended dishes from the local eateries. This employee made my visit to Walgreens excellent.

They got an error message from my insurance, told me to call my insurance. When I did my insurance…read moretold me that *Meijer* should have been calling them on their provider help line that Meijer should have. I call back, Meijer does *not* have that number. Fortunately the number is on the back of my card. Hours later *after* my providers office has closed they call back and tell me they were unable to resolve the issue and had been told they didn't have permission to know what was wrong. I call my provider and leave a message and *the next day* a different pharmacy has it ready for me billed to my insurance no problem. Fast forward a few days. Different medication, same error. Meijer claims my insurance is at fault. Is not pleased when I point out that if another pharmacy isn't getting that error the problem isn't my insurance, it's *Meijers*. I call my provider again, once more it's filled by a different pharmacy a day later with *no* error message from my insurance company. Conclusion: Meijer pharmacy is flat out incompetent.
