He INSISTED that we had 30 days "no questions asked" to bring it back for a full refund. I told him for that reason only, I would buy the chair. Didn't want a problem if I was to return it. Several days after our purchase, news spread that his store was closing. Well today we had to bring our item back, well before the 30 day marker. Guess who immediately told us he couldn't? Apparently the policy changed because his store is closing. I, rightfully, was very angry at his sudden flipping the script. I told him he can't ****ing change the policy retroactively on past customers who bought before his store was closing. He then said "Well I was gonna help you, but now that you used bad language, I'm not." I told him he would return it and that I was leaving because my BP had skyrocketed. So then why was he telling us immediately that he couldn't return it if he intended to? What, so that it looked like he was doing us a favor? We got our refund and left. Frankly.
