I still remember that first meeting vividly--what was supposed to be a one-hour chat ended up being three hours! It was basically a crash course on real estate 101. As a first time home buyer, I had lots and lots of questions, but Alex was so personable and patient. He went into great detail about the process upfront and always explained things in plain, easy-to-understand language. He made sure we truly understood all the technical terms and jargon before moving forward. Alex is incredibly communicative and approachable. He gave us his phone number and email right away, and his responsiveness was amazing. He got us set up on the Home Spotter search app, made sure our filters were right, and told us to reach out anytime. Whenever we found interesting houses, he was so good at arranging four to five showings back-to-back on days that worked best for us. It took us about 4 months of looking to find our place, and honestly, his easy-going personality made this arduous process feel like a breeze. Alex is also super well-connected with top-notch industry professionals. He connected us right away with an amazing local lender, Heather, and later set us up with a fantastic inspector and title company. When we finally put in an offer, he guided us step-by-step and expertly negotiated repairs on our behalf after the inspection. It's hard to find someone so trusting and fiercely protective of his clients' interests. As a wonderful bonus, getting to meet his dogs, Atlas and Kaia, brought so much extra joy! Alex would bring them to some of our house showings, and they just spread so much happiness, making the whole process way less stressful.
