As a retired Marine myself, I am extremely pleased with the "almost" end results of my hardscape project here in Cocoa. I say "almost" done because, I want additional work . That's what quality end results encourages...you just want a bit more hardscape. My ambitious PAVERS Project that PAVER PRO Co. (Mr. Charles) executed included guiding me through, first design development, walking the job site, and then with material's choices & colors and scheduling. Overall this move has definitely resulted in some greatly increased Curb appeal of our property. Even more importantly, the value of our wonderful home is now enhanced. Thanks also to the Melbourne Home Show, which is where we found this awesome (flexible) PAVER PRO hardscape company. The tireless work force they employ contended with an unexpected two-day rain delay in my April project right after day-1 demolition. We were anxious to say the least. But Charles (Planner/Project Foreman) along with Heather (Project Scheduler) performed their "magic" and juggled multiple work crews, equipment movements and material deliveries (~30 Paver pallets) to get things done promptly. No short cuts, no messes, and everything we asked for. No small feat by any means. All under my watchful eye, as I am a WFH guy. I got to inject myself where I saw adjustments to make for the design. PAVER PRO was able to coordinate our "special requests" and "work scope increases" as things progressed. PAVER PRO team showed why they are always in demand here in Brevard County and why they are considered a quality, reputable company. The before-after pictures only slightly showcase their quality workmanship. Our "bang-for-the-buck" we were expecting on everything proved out. Very competitively priced too, especially for the large amount of work they completed. They also saved us anything they didn't use, leaving us enough spares for any future repairs. Minimal excess because of good planning. Thanks Charles! The scope of our project was first replacing the 2870 SQFT of stained, cracked cement driveway and front entrance path. Two connecting paver paths, one to the front door. Then paver paths down both sides of the house. Then we decided to add a "focus wall" around our new (social) seating area with a nice "lighted" knee-high curved stone wall serving as extra seating as we watch rocket launch's off the Cape. After-which we added a 20' long x 5 block high retainer wall in the backyard, and realized we should have a matching 90" long x 4 block high wrapping pool planter wall too. Finally Charles suggested twin matching 75' long x 2 stones high property borders that ties everything together. Great addition! Only a very flexible company, is able to add some square footage here, build another wall there, or change a paver path design on the fly, with patience for the customer. Work force was friendly, courteous and are artisans at what they do for sure. All of them. No issues whatsoever! Everyone cleaned as they went, all waste, dust off the street, and yard cleanup too. Lastly, to put the "icing on the cake" as they say, the custom low voltage lighting that "Mr. Boston" (electrician) installed over his own weekend, really sets off everything that Charles & Co. built, now also viewable after dark. We truly appreciated all the extra visits by Charles managing the project, Heather with handling all permits, scheduling/city inspections and Boston's working his weekend to "light up the designs." Of course, none of this is at all possible without the hard working "mason/brick layers" that installed everything beautifully. Did I mention, they also fixed about 3-4 pavers I found with slight blemishes without any fuss at all. Passes my inspection. Neighbors are happy (many compliments)! Wife is happy! We are happy! Now it's time to enjoy . I would definitely recommend PAVER PRO to anyone thinking of hardscaping their home and investing wisely in its value. PAVER PRO are indeed PRO's at what they do and customer satisfaction is high on their list. Thank you very much PAVER PRO, and we looking forward to finishing the next few additions in May.
