When install them showed up, they made every excuse to not install and delayed for 7 days. No one would communicate with me what was going on. I had to call the store everyday to see what was going on. Then I decided to not have store install floor and wanted refund for that amount. They then screwed around with what I should be refunded. The manager was nice enough and tried to help but process is competitive mismanaged.

She ordered a beautiful porcelain marble tile, and was told they'd take care of everything. She ended up with extra boxes and was later told they would not take them back--even though they originally said they would. The installation process also came with several delays and excuses. While the job was finally completed, there were unexpected extra costs, including hiring a plumber--something that was never mentioned upfront. My mom is older, but she's still sharp, and it's frustrating when promises aren't fully honored. It's important for businesses to stand by their word, especially when working with seniors.

Best part, the installers (private contractors), apologized and said they've had this issue(complain) from Flooring America several times... So, that just solidified what type of business this really is. TRASH!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNTRUSTWORTHY!! DONT BE SOLD ON 'FAMILY BUSINESS'.
