My doctor is Dr. Kristy magee and she is the best doctor I've ever had. in my 20 years of seeing her she has always been very compassionate of all my illnesses. My husband also goes to her as well and she has helped us through many situations that other doctors would have a wait-and-see attitude. 2 years ago when my husband was very sick she even gave us her cell phone number to contact her if there were any changes in his health. The staff is always very friendly and helpful at both Sanford and Lake Mary office. Like all doctors offices, they are overwhelmed so you will have to stay on top of things if you want to get your results. But thank God it wasn't a bad experience. We've been taking our son here for almost a year because his primary care doctor is at this location. Our doctor has an assigned nurse which is one we appreciate; she already knows is and looks forward to seeing our son each time! It just makes everything a more pleasurable experience and one that's personal simply because she's warm, friendly, and very personal. I mean, he knows her or at least recognizes her from the previous appointment. So we gave this place a 4 star, nice folks, great doctor who's very informative and knowledgeable, plus they offer great customer care. The only thing is if you come early to your appointment or late to your appointment or on time, there's a minimum of a 30 minute wait before the nurse sees you.

Went to this man for a simple thing. I had a boil from wearing a weight lifting belt. He, without…read moreany concern, lanced it, squeezed it (which I never felt as much pain), and then proceeded to place a tape bandage (to the dismay of the attending nurse) right on the wound without trying to shave the area or use less adhesive tape. I was in a lot of pain in that area. He tells me to remove and change the dressing that evening. It took my wife over 1 hour to get the tape off without me screaming in pain. I later went to Surgical Associates because there was still a lump left in that area. That surgeon numbed the whole area, told me that there was scare tissue from the way the doctor handled the lancing, and he finished the job without any pain whatsoever. Dr.Snell said that you could not numb the area. That you could only topically numb it and I would still feel pain. The surgeon said that was not true....and proved it! This doctor is incompetent and sounds like old school procedures. He has no tolerance or bedside manner and concern for his patients.

Before I left Dr. Raj said any time you need me just call or text to be encouraged to make contact what a novel idea this was wonderful and by the way when I say team there are only a few of them one thing is for sure I did not feel lost in the shuffle by the Dr's staff like I did when i was with my other Dr.s office with Dr. Raj there is no chance of confusion or miscommunication by a staff that is to large or to busy to care.
