Nails, bolts, screws, plastic, food and metal shavings were left all over the property. Didn't flash or put in winter shields. Gutters FELL off when they left. Complete disaster!! A half hour before the appointment I got a text that Tim couldn't take anything more on. In my reply the strongest thing I said was that canceling like that was not just unprofessional but also rude. The profanity filled response from Tim accused me of putting importance on my time over life. Apparently, Tim's girlfriend's father had some medical emergency. Tim did not mention this emergency or even tell me something came up in the previous message. He simply canceled without suggesting rescheduling. I could forgive the rudeness of canceling at the last minute as a one time mistake but cursing me out when I objected to his being rude shows this is not a good business to work with.

The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.
