If you're looking for a high-end spa experience, this place may not be for you, but if you need a back massage and don't mind a no-frills environment, I think they do a very good job. The individual booths are private. The massage itself is based on Eastern reflexology so it is different than a standard Swedish massage you may find elsewhere, but the technique still left me feeling relaxed and my back pain lessened after a 60 min massage. I'd like to go back soon to try out their foot massage as well. Edited to add that their prices have changed since past reviews. I paid $60 for the 60 minute back massage and there is 8% tax if you pay with card, but that's still a great price for an hour massage in this area.

You can book online (love it), but they ask you to call to make an appointment if you've never been. They got back to me the same day and were able to get me in the next day! I had Aaron as my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me comfortable right off the bat. We chatted briefly before my session and went over any issues I was dealing with. Instead of giving me the same old boring massage, he actually listened to me and concentrated on my trouble areas. He had a heated table, which i love even in the summer because i am always cold and he had soothing music playing in ther background. I don't treat myself very often, but I will come back to this establishment. Ashley is a caring practitioner, asking about any medical issues and what areas you'd like to focus on during your massage. I saw her this past weekend for a 90 minute lavender sugar scrub massage, which was as relaxing as it sounds. I actually drifted off during it. She worked out some extreme tension in my neck and shoulders, and though I was slightly sore the next day in those areas, I feel fantastic now! This was my first time getting ashiatsu (barefoot massage) and it was the best massage I've ever had. I cannot recommend ashi enough, especially if you like deep pressure massage. Don't let the barefoot part weird you out -- most of the time, the therapist uses the heel or ball of the foot, so it doesn't feel too different than the palm of the hand in a traditional massage. Mandi was great with communicating the amount of pressure and making sure I was comfortable during the entire massage. I left feeling like all of the soreness and tightness in my muscles had gone away (well, because they had!). So, so worth it.
