I was desperate for a back massage for some low back tightness after a car accident and was able to find a same-day appointment here. If you're looking for a high-end spa experience, this place may not be for you, but if you need a back massage and don't mind a no-frills environment, I think they do a very good job. The individual booths are private. The massage itself is based on Eastern reflexology so it is different than a standard Swedish massage you may find elsewhere, but the technique still left me feeling relaxed and my back pain lessened after a 60 min massage. I'd like to go back soon to try out their foot massage as well. Edited to add that their prices have changed since past reviews. I paid $60 for the 60 minute back massage and there is 8% tax if you pay with card, but that's still a great price for an hour massage in this area. read more

Sorry, I wanted to support them. However, I walked out thinking Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out and tell me I was just "punked"! The hygiene will be saved for someone else to complain about. The worst part was the 60 minutes of a full spine massage. Just up and down my spinal cord. Who enjoys that? Not this girl. I needed a massage really bad so I wanted to try somewhere new. Thanks to Yelp, I found this place. I'm giving HFC 4.5 stars. I called and made an appointment and requested 2 women. Women are a lot gentler than men. I arrived with my fiancé and there's a waiting room in the front. We choose the 60 minute foot massage for $35. We were escorted into the next room. There are about 6 massage chairs and a couple of private areas. We were the only ones there. Oriental instrumental music playing was in the background. Two men came with buckets of blue water for our feet. I've been to many foot massages all over the country and no one has ever given me blue water. (It is probably the blue stuff they put in the pedicure water). I told the gentleman I had requested women when I called and he told me, "no English". One of the woman came back and I told her I had requested women when I called. The two men switched places with the women. Throughout my massage, she kept asking if the pressure was okay. Usually no one asks. Before putting the hot stones on, she rubbed them on her hands to make it warm. So it wasn't instantly hot stones on my legs but gradually adding up to the heat. After our massages, they gave us each a bottle of Poland Spring water. The place is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

They do full body including arms and legs with some hot stones at the end. I would also suggest checking groupon as they always have some sort of deals for this place! It is deep tissue! Don't waste your time or money. On 4/24 I made an appointment for a 45 minute body massage and a 45 minute reflexology foot massage For $80. I frequently get both body massages and reflexology. Good ones leave you feeling energized and all over relaxed. I was greeted by my "masseuse" and led past another staff laying on a foot massage chair giggling over a video. My masseuse came in when I was ready and began the body massage. It consisted of 35 min of just my upper back. She used very little oil which made it quite rough. She did go get a hot stone and towel.She burned me with the stone at the small of my back, she also did not cool the towel much and that was scalding. So my body massage did not include my arm, legs or front at all. At 40 min she told it was time for my feet. She used another scalding towel to wipe them and then spent 30 minutes massaging my calves and ankles. She literally spent 5 min on each foot. The incredulous part was on my right leg/ foot I SWEAR she kept dozing off. All of a sudden she would stop for a few moments, kind of "trail off". Suffice it to say I left quite tense and frustrated. Ummm....no, just no. I probably should have known from when I first walked in the door to find the welcoming staff member sprawled out on the futon with her one leg over the top just hanging out on her phone but nope, not me-- I think to myself, maybe she's hungover, she's just the front desk staff member give her a break! Well, I wish I could say this was my only strange and weird encounter but it wasn't; then I was taken in the back area which was very dark and dingy looking (not like the dark, calming affect you find at some spas - not at all like that), I was then put on a bed, a gentleman came out who didn't really know what he was doing, getting what sounded like yelled at by the "couch sprawler" and then he proceeded to give me my foot reflexology appointment-- which then included (at no additional charge) hard punches to the bottom of the feet (I realize circulation is usually helped by slapping or hitting but this was full on Mike Tyson to the feet style), rough rubbing (no lotion or oils used) and also a hard rough cloth was placed over my face-- probably best so that the guy didn't see my wincing because of the pain. Don't think I'll be give this place another chance or even think about recommending it to a friend. read more

During the entire massage, the masseurs 2 year old son kept interrupting showing her his tablet and asking her questions. Not to mention his tablet was playing loud videos throughout the appointment. She did her best to keep up the the massage, but instead of an hour foot massage it only lasted 45 minutes. When I tried to use my gift certificate they called a lady to the front who told me they would only honor 50% of the gift card. I asked them to explain to me why this was, they finally gave up and let me use my entire gift card. Very odd experience, very bad customer service. read more

I was unhappy with the business end of it. I had two coupons for massages that I had bought a few years ago that did not have any expiration dates on them. They would not honor the full price of them. I bartered with them to give us credit for 50 percent towards a foot massage. The massage was wonderful. I had been very happy previously here but I am unsure if I'd return. Better to avoid any promotional sales they offer on the way out. read more
