The office is located at the corner of Long Pond and English Roads, and shares space with other businesses. There is a small stairwell to climb to get to the office, and they are appointment only. Ashley is a caring practitioner, asking about any medical issues and what areas you'd like to focus on during your massage. I saw her this past weekend for a 90 minute lavender sugar scrub massage, which was as relaxing as it sounds. I actually drifted off during it. She worked out some extreme tension in my neck and shoulders, and though I was slightly sore the next day in those areas, I feel fantastic now! You can book online (love it), but they ask you to call to make an appointment if you've never been. They got back to me the same day and were able to get me in the next day! I had Aaron as my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me comfortable right off the bat. We chatted briefly before my session and went over any issues I was dealing with. Instead of giving me the same old boring massage, he actually listened to me and concentrated on my trouble areas. He had a heated table, which i love even in the summer because i am always cold and he had soothing music playing in ther background. I don't treat myself very often, but I will come back to this establishment. The massage therapist was amazingly professional and made sure that everything went well. She was mindful and present during the massage. She took her time massaging what needed more work than other places on my body. In some other massage places, sometimes I feel the rush by the therapist, either because they were running late, or have too many customers on thier schedule, maybe? My therapist (Julia) made me feel that she enjoys and loves her job! I Would definitely go back again.

She also ended 15 minutes early and stated that the time it took for me to go to the bathroom, which was only 2 minutes and the time it took me to get undressed gets deducted from my massage time. On top of that the massage itself was not good. She spent about an hour massaging my arms and she was not paying attention to my body at all. She provided me absolutely no relief and about 5 minutes before she stopped she brought up the tip again.

The room was very relaxing, and the table was warm and comfy. I liked the environment of the entire place. Even the receptionist was kind. The pricing was a bit steep for me. This said, I am very disappointed with my scrub and massage session with Stefanie. The session was much shorter than what was agreed upon, and I left with oil on so she didn't take time to make sure it's gone. To be honest, I could of had much better quality massage session from other places with half of what I paid. I didn't make a big deal and paid $140 for less than one hour and half (agreement was 2 hours), but I wasn't happy at all. My opinion, don't schedule sessions with Stefanie to avoid the disappointment I had. It was frustrating and not worth it.
