Beautiful salon, owner, Abbi is smart and a great hairdresser! Had great conversations with Abbi. Complimented her great work on the business, her talent as a business woman and hairdresser. I only had 1 request for a minor adjustment of toner on the NEXT visit. I've never had a negative word to say about Abbi. That request must have been enough to change her opinion of me being a client. She suddenly never communicated again. Everyone is free to have their opinion, similar to yours or not. Just don't leave someone confused or disregarded. We never even had a disagreement, she just refused to communicate via text or message left. At least, I would've understood, a negative reply, more than no reply. I want to be clear, the salon is run by a great person. If you keep everything complimentary, you'll have a great experience. I just moved to Florida in August 2018. I had been going to a very expensive, uber high end hair salon in CT. for years; I was very nervous about getting my hair colored for the first time in Florida so I did my research. I was a long time client with Alex. She's a great colorist! However, after she went on maternity leave earlier this year (March 2022), my appointements were made with her "apprentice" (for lack of a better word), though I can't remember her name. That should tell you something. She did cut my hair once before when Alex wasn't available (I have a highlight, cut, and style at least every 5-6 weeks), but her work was sub par. After Alex went on maternity leave, I missed an appointment, and this "apprentice" cancelled all of my other appointments (two of them) five and weeks out! (Respectively.) I could understand if she charged me a fee for missing my appointment or something, but she just cancelled them! Very unprofessional. read more

I move around a lot so it is always nerve racking trying to find a new stylist. I have had many terrible experiences with my hair, so I was ecstatic when I found Abbi! She does such an amazing job, she's honest with you and truly cares about the integrity of your hair! Abbi is the best around. She is awesome in her work. I went to a "stylist" for over a year and she never charged me the same amount for the same service, every 6 weeks. and my hair never looked good.
