I received a text to cancel and reschedule (after the business confirmed and accepted my appt) 5 days before my appt. I gave a couple of options and she said she would make it work. She rescheduled to a time frame in the options I gave (I received a new appt text, nothing in response to my reply) to which I confirmed. Two days later (5 hours before my appt) she cancelled on me. I find this practice to be really unprofessional to cancel not once, but twice on a new client. Clearly my business is not desired nor needed. I found the entire situation really unprofessional and disappointing. I could've simply got my hair cut somewhere else 12 days ago but all of my time was wasted by this individual. I wish I could have experienced for myself the quality of the salon, but after being cancelled on twice, I am not going to reschedule. I think the lack of consideration really speaks for itself and I do not wish to give this establishment my hard earned money.

I told her enough as she continued to cut as I had said short on sides long on top and she snickered and kept cutting. Needless to say I think a 5 year old could have given me a better hair cut. I think it's about time for an intensive class on todays cutting techniques and styles and an update for this hairstylist.....Have to wonder if to much anesthesia and plastic surgery has affected her brain and ability to comprehend what her customers want. Without a doubt her family and cronies will stand to her defense but any well trained and educated stylist will know I got a butcher job. She did the exact same thing that Sunni did but charged me $90. $90 for dry cut in Oakwood? I was floored. A lot of excuses were given but no offer to reduce the fee. Ive called and asked for the owner to call me but I doubt I will hear back because the whole conversation with the receptionist sounded very sketchy. However, today when I got charged more than usual, I asked why to make sure I wasn't being overcharged. They realized I was accidentally charged for a haircut too which I didn't get and thought it was going to go back down to my normal price but it didn't so I was confused. As the website said a different price than what was showing. When they explained it's because they just increased the price, I understood as I knew they got new hairstylists. Then I started to Venmo my regular hairstylist and out of the blew the owner said I could go outside and do that. Then she started yelling in my face and told me to get out of her store or she was calling the cops. Shocked, I started walking out as I was deeply concerned as she sounded like she lost her mind and the other customers waiting were shocked as well. From outside the door, I asked if I could still leave my hairstylist a tip as I didn't know what to do or react.
