Contracted with All About Floors to fix water damage in my home. This was not an easy job- very hard (Hickory), pre-finished 8" wide planks. They had to cut out a total of ~30 sqft, in multiple locations. I am unable to visually identify the areas that were repaired and they actually corrected an imperfection or two from the initial install. COMPLETELY SATISFIED! read more

A friend of ours recently had her flooring in her kitchen and living room done and highly recommended All About Floors. This was the best experience I've had with any sort of home remodelling venture I've done in the last 10 years. And with a 1920's cottage we've been bringing back, room by room, we've had a lot of dealings with the good, bad and the ugly I visited their showroom on a Saturday after Thanksgiving. It's a vast showroom with much to offer! I had my 22 month old, and, since it was a holiday weekend, they had their 4 or 5 year old granddaughter "helping" out. The kids took off playing, while the installer chased after them (thanks!!!!) so that I could look at flooring samples with the owner and discuss my options. 1. These folks know flooring. The owner has been doing it since he was a young man, helping his father. And their selection beats any Lowe's or Home Depot, or even other flooring locations I've been to. 2. I thought I wanted sheet vinyl or linoleum. Turns out, I didn't. After showing me all comparable options within my price range, I chose this awesome "fiberfloor" product made by Tarkett. All About Floor is a licensed dealer/installer. It was equal the cost of vinyl, but has a lifetime guaranty and does not yellow, split, curl or have mold issues later on. And with 4 big dogs and a toddler, that's VERY important to me! I was able to take sample books home without paying some silly refundable deposit like at Lowe's or Home Depot for one single floor sample. 4. The owner came personally and took measurements, He took the time to ask me what else I was going to do with the kitchen. Advised me that out of the samples I took home, the one I picked was a nice fit--that he wasn't sure at first given my dimensions, but he liked the way the sample looked and felt good about installing the floor. Says to me that he values me as a customer and wants my satisfaction. 5. The installation was carefree. There were no surprise hidden costs or extras; the owner and another installer did it themselves--arrived at 10, were done by 4 or so, and they did a topnotch job. Even provided detailing like rubber molding at my cabinet base to make the finishing flawless. read more

Bad customer service. Has an appointment in which they didn't show up of call. Had to make another appointment. They showed up and all was fine. Said someone would contact us with the quote. A week later no call. I called them and they said they would 100% call us back the next morning. It's been 1.5 weeks and no call. I guess some businesses just don't need any more clients. read more

I had All About Floors lay tile flooring in my office, entrance hall,bathroom and kitchen. It was a big job but they were very responsible and professional in sticking with the job and getting it done in a timely manner. It took a day and a few hours which was good for as much as they had to do. It;'s a year later and I have not had any problems with the flooring and if there would be a problem I rest assured that they would stand behind their work. STAY AWAY CRAZY OWNER HIT MY MOTHER WITH VAN, Bought a sheet of vinyl from All About Floors at the first part of Feb 2012, size about 13 by 18 feet. I was going to do install myself, but decided it needed professionals, I called All About Floors for a price, since I had bought it there and had a good experience. They quoted a great price. Then the problems started. They said they would be out on a Thursday morning to make a template of room and return that afternoon to install. We got a call from the that morning asking about a space to layout floor, we had none available and told them they had told us they were taking to their shop, they said ok. Continued to call all day due to no one coming down to do template got the run around. Finally I called approx 4:30pm and they said they would be their shortly. The arrived and said they were going to template then install next day, not what the agreement was but I was unable to get the boss to get them to do it so oh well. They arrived the next morning to install everything went fine, when they were done I was gone and they came to speak with my mother, the install was done at our family business. She knows nothing about flooring and asked about the gaps around the edges if they were to big, they were laying floor only I was doing the trim. She got no answer and when she turned aroung they had walked out the door and got in their truck, not paid yet. Also with my extra vinyl pieces that I needed for another job, it was already paid for. She tried to stop them to ask them what the problem was, the driver also part owner of the company became irate for no reason and began cursing. He then said to move or he would run them over, he moved the van hitting my mother and sister with the van, not hard and there were no injuries but he hit them none the less. A call to the other owner was answered with more cursing and racial comments. We stopped payment on the vinyl and the sheriff told us to press charges for wanton endangerment which we are in the process of doing. Sad part is they had to just answer her questions and get paid, they did a good job with the floor but for some reason he went crazy. read more
