Now I called him today and he stated I needed to write a statement if I want my insurance reinstated, I told him that's stupid and he said well things change... If it changed why did he say he would reinstate me over a month ago and then not do anything... I'm not covered at the moment now and it's terrible because I invested 7 years into this policy. I can't stress enough you need to stay away from this agent.

Just a tip, bring in a driver's license, utility bill or bank statement when you are getting license plate and title. Process went smoothly, takes about 20 minutes to do everything. I came in at 9:00 am on a Saturday. There was no wait. If you bring the title with you, the paperwork gets processed in about a week. If the bank has the title, then you have to wait on them so it could take a little longer. There are five agents here,some who are Spanish speaking agents here as well. They have traditional business hours, except half day on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They do both personal and commercial insurance here, a ton of different groups, from Nationwide and Progressive to American Access and Founders, and about twenty more. They are very friendly and efficient staff. It's also very clean, and bathroom on site. Pleasure to do business with them.

Unfortunately, after a house fire, I learned that there was an extreme gap between what the master policy covered and the property coverage they acquired for me. The valuation of my kitchen, for example, will not even cover the cost to replace the kitchen cabinets I had originally installed from IKEA. When I switched to coverage with P.W. Kaiser in 2021, I provided a copy of my existing policy to Chris Tomek, which had $52,000 in building property protection. Chris stated in an email to me "I will advise how to save some money without sacrificing coverage." Unfortunately, sacrificing coverage is EXACTLY what Chris did by quoting policies to me that did not contain any building property protection or betterments clause. As I rebuild after the fire, I'm at the mercy of low valuations made throughout the unit which establish how much money I have for plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, doors, windows, sinks, and more. The out-of-pocket expenses I'm going to incur based on my decision to work with Paul W Kaiser & Associates is going to set me back significantly. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone.
