Ramirez Roofing provided an estimate and then coordinated the fix which required collaborating with a solar contractor to remove then reinstall the panels. They were great at communicating every step of the way, and on the day of the repair, they were here right on time and the work was completed in under 2 hours (this includes removing solar panels, figuring out exactly where the leak was, repairing the leak, and reinstalling the panels). On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish.
