He has helped me for many years with problems I have had with my sprinkling system. He always tries to make it to my property as quickly as possible. He is great at diagnosing problems as well as fixing them. Once water was gushing out from under the soil next to my home. He couldn't make it out that day but he told me what to do, which in my state of mind I couldn't think of doing on my own. He came out the next day and diagnosed a broken stop-waste valve. Very honestly he told me that was not a problem he was allowed to work on. He did, however, connect me with someone who was able to come out later that day and work on the problem and fix it.
